How many people do you know who set off to go fishing when it's pouring rain and flooding everywhere?
Regardless of the reasons, I think everyone reading this who lives here will agree that there are far too many people drowning in flooded rivers and streams in Central Texas every time it rains hard. (As far as I'm concerned, even one is too many!)
