This woman desperately needs to be identified, as explained in the accompanying article taken from today's San Antonio Express-News. If you have any information about her at all, please contact law enforcement right away.
Given the fact that this case involves the same law enforcement personnel as the Phillip Shue and John Dilday cases (see previous posts here), it's understandable that persons having information in this case might be afraid to come forward with what they know.
