Threats

In the last few weeks, someone has posted some rambling, threatening comments under various posts on this blog. I've had lots of bizarre comments posted here in the past, but this new batch seems to be even stranger and far more ominous.

By the word "expertly" one believes Medawar imparts centuries-old tried and true, absolutely despicable and maybe in many cases masonically or other secret-club and church-past-time included activities and role-playing. It deos sicken me to imagine them doing this but THEY MUST. Training like soldiers. I know some of them upon close (and video'd observance) look blank-eyed and rote. It's ... weird. I will say that I can now now prove it.. but read down this lady's wall ... not a post in and she's got something equestrian posted. Not long back there was a huge string of horse deaths in pasco. Until I read about "rielle" "hunter" the hunter I had no conception people would do this for insurance... MY GOD. It would be like killing a family member to me. I am dead serious I identified my perp. I got sick from some stuff applied in my home and took that down time to work my butt off on some stuff and lo and behold. NO SURPRISES. In fact, my entire life story spills out on her facebook page. Wow. She is a crazy crazy person. NOT the one linked above who may think she's perfectly normal. BUT she has gone around behind SO MANY PLACES I have been, frequented or had friends and with her little network of old crazy people has tried to ruin my life. It's ON. Because I am ASHAMED OF NOTHING IN MY LIFE. If I have things to be ashamed of that is between I and the person whom I experienced it with... Just as some people should be perhaps ashamed at some interactions with me or others. I have never ONCE taken a public action or any other action I am ashamed of. So she can no longer have any control as I am going to expose her. I said I would a long time ago and one of the perps (I knew this) said ... NOOOO that will only make it worse. No. It won't. IT WILL hrut a lot of people, including children. Having not been the one who DID all of this for years and years, I think I'm giong to have to pin that ON HER, as well. SHD DID IT ALL. I've just lived my life and sondered why people were yknow changing ... NOW I KNOW. Her facebook page is like a timestamp of my entire life. So .. it's ON. Her life and the lives of the children are no more important or less so than my own or any of my deceased and also hurt (murdered in three cases) family members. This vampire is GOING DOWN. Not with the cops. They will just call you crazy. So, I'm going to have to just tell the world about her. I like that she is so old she will go to her grave ruied. It's ok. You know what? Maybe her insane grand-daughter will think twice before she bothers someone else. We're just not afraid of them. A lot of people are NOT going to like that she is pulling the wool over her eyes and they are ESPECIALLY not going to like WHY. Again, I did nothing wrong. BUT it is the basis and beginning of all of this. What a dumb cluck she is. And able to lead people. I could NEVER have done much of this stuff to anyone but yknow what? I think they test you with that early in life as they are setting you up. Will you stand back? Will you help us? Will we come after you?

Dear ME. Yes. But you just continue to push me and push me. I walk outside and my air is thick and wet and clogged with toxins I come back inside and have to use petroleum jelly to relieve my eyes and nasal passage so ... while this insanity continues in any form and your dirty tampa cops jump out in front of me with all four feet eleven of them and radar guns improbably pointed at a person SHADES OF officer FLEITA or FLEITAS however he is spelling it when hiding his property.. I'll keep expanding the subject matter. Where are YOUR children ME? Really? WHO SUPPORTED YOU THEN? WHO ALWAYS DEFENDED YOU? You actually believe you can torment and try to hold my family over my head and I will remain silent. You FAIL TO UNDERSTAND. YOU WILL BACK DOWN and OFF ME because I never will. You WILL have to kill me. I will NEVER STOP until you m'fers leave ALL OF US ALONE. LEAVE US ALONE. Meantime, as I've said hundreds of times, I'd rather walk throgh shit and live in a blighted gutter with biker pigs and stalkers, which by the way I DO THANKS TO YOU SCUMBAGS .. than BE YOU. I promise you I will NOT be backing down. I've seen the future and YOU are not going to correct MY family's TRAGIC PAST which YOU CREATED with your sickness. Don't worry I know the real story, I do not pin all of that on you. It's all in where you get your spaghetti sauce when you're growing up in scumbag tampa bay florida.

Sorry for the venting ML. I just went outside for the mail and just about lost my eyesight. Now they can't walk up to the gate and spray it they're on video so they have to hose it in and walk and drive by to release it from their little death mobiles of disgusting putrid air.
ME: FIX IT. Otherwise tell OLD HAG EVIL it's going on her. Too easy. Low-hanging fruit. Like me. Right? I'm just a pest, right? Low-hanging fruit, right? And you are the smart smart people who know how to deal drugs. WOW. A triple beam and an ability to count and swindle. IMPRESSIVE. And look at the life you have bought. NOTHING. I have every reason to believe that these comments were written by my ex-husband and that I am the woman being threatened in them. I can easily recognize many references, details, correlations with people and places, and more in them that I believe were included precisely because the writer knew I'd recognize them.

Coincidentally, a good friend of mine has just posted an excellent piece called "Profile Of A Stalker" on her blog. This post contains a great deal of basic factual information about people who commit criminal stalking offences and their victims. After you read about typical stalkers, you will discover that I happen to be the type of stalking victim at the greatest risk of physical violence, assuming my ex-husband is in fact the person behind the organized stalking of my children and me. In fact, the odds of my becoming a homicide victim in such a situation are shockingly high. Although I have repeatedly begged law enforcement at all levels for help, their absolute refusal to do anything to stop this puts us at even higher levels of danger.

If you go back and read through the comments left here in chronologic order, you will see a clear recent breakdown in the thought processes of whomever is leaving them, along with the more overt threats. I'm now extremely concerned that my adult children and I might be in immediate danger.

The repeated mentions of poisoning of various foods and health and beauty products within the home and workplace in both these recent comments and in a series of emails sent to me privately at my email address suggest that this is being currently considered as a way to kill us. The loss of our very protective family dog this week from age-related problems (he was around 16 years old) means it is suddenly much easier for someone to break into our house and tamper with our things.

I'm posting this information and sample documentation in an effort to hold people accountable if anything bad is done to any of us. Hopefully I'm wrong about all this, but please realize that I have plenty of cause to be very concerned for our safety under the circumstances.

Notes On Illegal Surveillance And Organized Stalking

Since my children and I continue to find clear indications of the presence of large amounts of illegal surveillance equipment in our house and on our property on an almost daily basis (and are positive this equipment is still fully operational and functioning because of various acts and actions committed regularly by persons stalking us), I could go on documenting this here indefinitely as I’ve been doing in preceding posts. (I almost certainly will be returning to this at some point.) However, I believe, for various reasons, that now is a good time for me to pause and summarize what I’ve both found and documented so far, discuss what it means, and compare it with things I’m currently learning and hearing from other victims of organized stalking.

My children and I have been victims of organized stalking for twelve years (with no end in sight). The children are now young adults (all over the age of 18), but they were all underage victims for many years. We believe we are being targeted as part of a “Trammel” conspiracy (see my "Code Names" post from 9/28/09) in order to illegally obtain our house and land for development by physicians and other persons connected with our local hospital.

Most of the various kinds of stalking-related incidents committed against us could not possibly have been committed without the persons committing them having had access to extensive minute-to-minute knowledge of our whereabouts at all times plus knowledge of what goes on inside our house, on our property, and inside our vehicles. A few of these incidents might be considered coincidental, but thousands of them, committed day after day for twelve years, are not. Because of this, we are positive that illegal surveillance equipment is installed in our home and vehicles and on our property.

Over the years, I have hired a number of private investigators (p.i.s) licensed with the Private Security Board (PSB) of the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) to find and remove this equipment and gather evidence to be used to prosecute individuals installing it and accessing information from it. These p.i.s charged me large sums of money for this but never actually did anything and also defrauded me in other serious ways. (I filed complaints with the DPS about this, but they refused to do anything.) Some of these investigators were (or claimed to be) former federal law enforcement agents and/or persons with close ties to federal agencies.

Because there were also clear signs that local law enforcement officers were involved in the stalking of us, I then hired Diop Kamau of the Police Complaint Center, a nationally know organization that’s linked to many respected law enforcement websites, to help me deal with the stalking and the illegal surveillance. Instead, Kamau also defrauded and victimized me. When I discovered this and confronted him, he began insisting that I allow persons in his employ to enter our home and remove some sort of equipment they’d installed, but he repeatedly refused to describe, list, or give me the locations of any of this equipment, so I refused them entry. Kamau then threatened us with an illegal invasion of our home by local police officers to remove the equipment (see “Illegal Surveillance, Part III”, posted here on 11/12/09).

I filed repeated complaints with the DPS, the FBI, and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) begging them for protection, asking them to properly sweep our property for illegal devices and remove and prosecute for them, requesting that they prosecute the various other serious crimes committed against us (which I repeatedly submitted extensive documentation of), and more; I even personally visited the San Antonio FBI office three times. None of these agencies would do anything to help us. Sample responses I’ve received from them are posted here under "Today The DOJ Said" (12/4/10), "DOJ Civil Rights Division" (6/28/10), and "The DOJ Said" (9/19/09).

At the same time, local first responders had serious problems with missing, unaccounted for, or improperly used surveillance and other equipment, much of it purchased with federal grant money. (See, for example, my "Defibrillators" (10/7/09) and "Missing Equipment" (1/14/11) posts here.) Not long after the threatened invasion of our home, Brian Collister of WOAI reported on over $30 million worth of missing federal equipment, much of it sophisticated surveillance equipment (see “Illegal Surveillance Summary”, posted here on 11/17/09). Collister said he had turned a list of this equipment over to Rep. Lamar Smith, who promised to look into it, but as far as I know, nothing was ever done. It’s also important to note that there are companies located here that have federal contracts to manufacture some of this equipment.

Because I was not able to obtain any of the help we needed despite years of constantly trying, I was advised to start documenting what was being done to us and to others here on a blog, which was why this one was started. Eventually, the blog attracted international attention. It has been assistance from outside the U.S. that has enabled us to start locating and documenting the illegal surveillance equipment being used to facilitate the stalking of us, rather than U.S. help of any kind. That fact alone ought to cause every American citizen considerable concern and dismay!

The vast majority of the population knows stalking only as a one-on-one kind of criminal victimization and has trouble dealing with the concept of organized stalking, the idea that people can be (and are!) being deliberately stalked by large groups of people who are being given access to illegal surveillance of victims wholesale. It is my fervent hope that the things I’m describing, explaining, photographing, and posting here will go a long way toward educating the general public about what’s really going on. For example, the ways I’ve illustrated and explained that illegal equipment has been installed in and on our house alone require the involvement of skilled professional electricians, carpenters, construction experts, wallpaper and flooring installation experts, heating and air conditioning technicians, painters, electronics and telecommunication experts, computer experts, and more. There’s simply no way a single person could have this much expertise!

There’s no question about the fact that large numbers of people are currently participating in the illegal stalking, harassment, and victimization of others, both here and around the world. The question then becomes why. As to why large numbers of people would knowingly and willingly access illegal surveillance of others (including young children), often in their most private moments, I direct your attention to the excellent book People Of The Lie, by the late F. Scott Peck.

This blog has brought me into contact with other victims of organized stalking from across the U.S. and all over the globe. One major trend that’s emerging as we compare notes is that victims commonly report being followed and/or stalked by either persons flashing law enforcement badges or persons who say they were asked to follow or commit harassing or illegal acts against someone by a person or persons flashing law enforcement badges and claiming to be law enforcement officers (often federal). U.S. citizens (and those of most other countries as well) should be aware that no legitimate law enforcement officer will ever do this, and that is someone ever asks them to do anything like this, they should refuse and threaten to call legitimate law enforcement—and then do it!. People also need to be aware that a high percentage of the time, the badges the people making these requests flash at them are fake (even though some of these are extremely realistic-looking). I have personally seen some of the people following me flash very official-looking badges at people, so I know for a fact that this is occurring. Several times, this happened to me at various post offices, after which the item I was mailing disappeared or was seriously tampered with.

Many victims of organized stalking also report the involvement of local law enforcement officers. A new trend that is developing, however, is the extensive involvement of “community policing” groups or organizations, some of which appear to actually be operating solely as a cover for organized stalking. (Comparisons with Nazi Germany here are encouraged!)

There’s one extremely important trend in particular that’s emerging as a result of my sharing information with other organized stalking victims that fellow victims must be made aware of. Many victims are reporting that their stalking began because someone powerful, wealthy, or well-connected badly wanted something they had. Usually, this is real estate, but sometimes it’s a spouse or significant other, assets, or something else that’s coveted. Often, the specific targeting day after day, plus the lack of help from authorities, combine to make victims believe that if they simply give up what is wanted and leave the area, the stalking will stop. When they do this, however, victims discover to their horror that their stalking not only continues, but actually worsens. This is because whoever is behind the stalking now both knows what “gets to” that particular victim and is anxious to silence and/or discredit the victim about what they know. (The “discredit” part is done by deliberately making others believe the victim is mentally ill. Please remember that it’s the stalkers who actually have the mental problems, not their victims!)

Here in Central Texas, by comparing notes with fellow organized stalking victim Dr. John Hall, I’ve been able to identify some of the individuals who’ve committed acts of stalking and harassment against us as members of what appears to be a major stalking gang out of the extended San Antonio area that’s run by one of the licensed p.i.s who defrauded me. This man is discussed as “P.I. #2” in my 3/25/11 post, “Who Lied?”. Although one San Antonio FBI agent personally told me P.I. #2 had once worked as an FBI agent and a second San Antonio FBI agent told Dr. Hall the same thing, so far no one that I’m aware of has been able to obtain confirmation of this in writing directly from Quantico. Regardless of whether P.I. #2 ever actually worked as a federal agent or not, he certainly has known close ties to the San Antonio FBI office, where I have every reason to suspect he might have been given improper access to classified information. According to Dr. Hall, P.I. #2 employs mainly extended family members of his and his wife’s to do the stalking, and I know that on one of my visits to the San Antonio FBI office to request help, these relatives of his were allowed to party loudly both in the lobby of the building and out in front of the building the entire time I was there. (When I was persuaded to hire him as a p.i. without realizing who he really was, he twice wore shirts belonging to one of my children to meetings with me and lied about where he got them!)

I’m told it’s very expensive to hire these gangs to stalk someone, so if you are a victim of organized stalking, it’s important to try to identify both the particular gang that’s stalking you and the person, entity, or organization that hired them. In our particular case, based on the many serious incidents we’ve documented in our logbooks over many years, we believe the expensive formal stalking gang out of San Antonio appears to have been hired in more of an “advisory capacity” and for specific incidents only. The more routine, day-to-day stalking of us seems to be done by locals whose services are likely either free or far cheaper. I do believe, based on comparisons with Dr. Hall and other victims (some of whom have also filed serious criminal complaints against this same gang that have also been ignored) that the San Antonio gang, with its known connections to federal law enforcement, is likely to have been involved with the installation of illegal surveillance equipment in our house and on our property. Interestingly, some of the known or suspected victims of this San Antonio gang are located in other states, meaning this particular gang has a reach that is well beyond Texas.

Now there are apparently new problems with the use of federal grant money in Texas; see the San Antonio Express-News article below). The statement about the DPS’s refusal to respond to requests for information about this is especially interesting. And this article further begs the question of whether any of the equipment sealed within the walls, cabinets, tile, porches, and elsewhere or installed or mounted in our vehicles and on our property was purchased with federal funds.

What's Going On?

A couple of months ago, I emailed Jenny Sanford, wife of South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford, to ask her for help and/or advice concerning our situatiion. I did so in the belief that, having been the victim of domestic abuse involving high-level cover-ups, she might be both sympathetic to our plight and able to refer us to people or agencies who would finally assist us in getting some much-needed protection and relief.

A very pleasant man who gave his name as James Irby soon called me. Mr. Irby said he was a Victims' Rights Ombudsman in South Carolina. He said someone from Ms. Sanford's office had consulted him with their concerns about us and had asked him to look into where we should go for help.

Mr. Irby said he'd done some checking around and had been told my children and I should contact the U.S. Department of Justice's Victim Witness Coordinator at their Dallas office. He gave me their address as 1700 Pacific Ave., Suite 3000, Dallas, Texas, and their phone number of 214-661-8600. I immediately called this number and spoke with a woman who gave me a fax number of 214-661-8623 that she said I could fax my formal request for help to. Shortly after that, I did fax a request for help to the number she'd given me that explained our situation. However, I never heard anything back.

Recently I returned from an out-of-town trip to find that a number of comments containing threats had been left in various places on this blog. I immediately printed out copies of these threats and faxed them, along with a written request for protection, to both the DOJ in Washington, D.C. and to the number I'd been given in Dallas.

Today I received the letter posted here in the mail. Notice that, although the address, phone number, and fax number are the same as what I was given, there's no mention of a Victim Witness Coordinator--OR my previous request for help.

By the way, this letter, which was delivered by regular U.S. mail, arrived having been illegally opened by someone and then crudely scotch-taped closed again.

Other Police Threats

The incident described in the previous post is not the first time I've been threatened by law enforcement. In the fall 0f 2007, after refusing to let local law enforcement officers illegally invade our home (see posted emails), I received this emailed photo of blue sky (heaven)from Investigator Rob Jones. I immediately forwarded it on to both Texas law enforcement and the Justice Department as I had with the threatened illegal invasions of our home by police--but received no responses from law enforcement in reply.
Soon after this, someone I'd considered a trusted friend and forwarded a copy of the blue sky email to for safekeeping sent it back to me with some added text they claimed to have found from Jones; someone also hacked into my email account and added this text to Jones' email (which makes the email appear non-threatening). However, this was added AFTER I'd already forwarded the email to high-level law enforcement (and to others for safety), and my children and I had already carefully examined the email for text, so we're positive the text was added later in an attempt to make the email look less incriminating.

This post of mine will no doubt unleash a new round of libelous comments about my purported mental state by my ex-husband (a close, lifelong friend of the local police chief). What my ex- will not explain is why he has instructed people to scream "Monkey Turd" at me and make ape-like noises at me for years as his way of dealing with the fact that I'm told he was known as "Horse Turd" in high school. I'm confident he will also never explain here that while in graduate school, he was asked to come in on a Saturday and take additional, more extensive psychological testing than what his program normally required. (One of his best friends was also asked to do this. I was never told anything about the reason for this or the results.)

Friday Night Football

Last night I went to watch the local high school football game--and wound up being threatened by a local police officer. This officer, whose step-daughter is a classmate of one of my children, often makes a point of sitting close to me at the games, and last night was no exception. As he and his family were leaving shortly before the end of the game, he walked directly behind me and suddenly grabbed my shoulder hard (much harder than anything considered socially acceptable). At the same time, he leaned over and softly said, "Take care," then left.
This officer's words were similar to ones spoken to me by a Boerne lawyer in 2005. After I wouldn't give him the originals of certain documents he wanted badly, he said four of his clients had been murdered and that I should "take care driving home".

Family Business

I've waited until after Father's Day to write about my father, with good reason. During a strange, strained visit from my father and current stepmother here in the summer of 2004 (the main purpose of which seemed to be quizzing me extensively about how much I'd learned about my ex-husband), I told them I'd contacted the FBI. My father then shocked me by threatening to have me killed--which ended both the conversation and our relationship for good.

Later when I'd calmed down a bit, I remembered strange remarks my father had made over the years about my marriage being a "business deal", which I'd assumed at the time referred to the fact that I'd married a professional who was considered a pillar of the community. (When I tried to explain that this simply wasn't true and that these remarks were upsetting to me, my father became visibly uncomfortable and changed the subject.) I also remembered my ex-husband referring to my father as "abusive" several times while we were married and refusing to explain this, which was also upsetting because I knew I'd had a happy childhood.

Over the next few months, I received a number of threatening letters from my father in which he libeled me repeatedly and threatened to disinherit my children solely because he was mad at me. My children confided in me that they'd never felt close to their grandparents (I also have a stepmother) and actually felt uncomfortable around them. They were so upset about their grandfather's written threats that they too said they wanted no further relationship with their grandparents.

A few months later, my kids came to me very upset and said their father and his family recently told them they had actually been in close contact with my father and stepmother for years and had even hosted them here a number of times without our knowledge. I went back and looked at some old correspondence I'd kept; I discovered that my father had been repeatedly emailing my ex-husband at his office in the weeks just before my husband left. I also noticed that there was absolutely no mention of my children or me in my father's annual Christmas letters after my divorce was finalized in 2001.

Meanwhile, my ex-husband began bragging to our children about a waterfront home he owned in Tahsis, British Columbia that had a private dock with multiple speedboats. This house just happened to be located close to where the family of my well-known jet-setting equestrian cousin lives--and explained why my uncle had once emailed that he'd known my ex- had a drug problem for years. All of a sudden, my ex-'s fascination with my cousin and his well-heeled, hard-partying friends was starting to take on a whole new meaning.

Then I started remembering all my father's and stepmother's many birding trips and other long driving vacations (especially all the ones to Florida). I also stumbled across a reference to my stepmother's family in a KY AAA guidebook, of all places, describing her ancestors as the most famous hemp-growing family in KY going back to the 1700s. (which explained why I'd heard at least 10 different stories over the years as to how my father and stepmother met and when they actually bought their first cell phone?).

I remembered one visit during my marriage in particular in which my father's next-door neighbor and his wife just happened to be traveling in our area in a R.V. at the same time my folks were here. The neighbor, a KY FBI agent, parked his R.V. in our driveway and went off somewhere privately with my ex- and my father for over an hour before we all went out to dinner together. (Interestingly, a few weeks after returning from this trip, the FBI agent also suddenly left his wife and was transferred to Cincinnati.)

Then there's the fact that the trust/elder law/personal injury/criminal defense attorney recommended to me by the document expert with FBI ties told me she had ties to the equestrian world and made frequent trips to Paris. The last of the suspicious death cases connected with property in our neighborhood (the woman who was murdered in San Antonio) had connections to the equestrian world as well.

I have also remembered that my cousin's first wife had been a major witness for the prosecution in a famous horse-killing trial in New York years ago that involved organized crime. (My cousin divorced her sometime after the trial ended.)

Finally, a local woman from down the street who has harassed us regularly for years (and, by the nature of the harassment, has to have access somehow to illegal surveillance of us) is currently married to an Argentine equestrian. She was a friend of the murder victim mentioned above, is a former head of the local hospital foundation, her mother is a longtime close friend of my former mother-in-law, and we have seen both her and my ex-husband driving what we think is the same expensive silver luxury car.

Construction Update

Frantic construction continues along my western fence line--down in a large ditch, underneath a large power line, out in the middle of an open field, and on the completely opposite side of my property from anything else medical/developed. It's blatantly obvious to anyone driving by that the intent is to deliberately surround our house with development in order to justify the enormous increases in my tax appraisals.

This is clearly conspiracy involving the persons fronting for my ex-husband by claiming to own the property being built on (remember, my children said long ago that their dad showed them blueprints for these buildings and told them he would be the one building them; I documented this in letters to authorities and law enforcement at the time; this land also directly adjoins land from two of the suspicious death victims), public officials, and others. Law enforcement all the way up to the Department of Justice knows about all of this through my numerous complaints and still does nothing, which means the people doing this are also free to do this to others--and it is well-known around town that a new outer loop around the city is planned, so there WILL be other victims.

Hopefully all of these will survive, but given the past, you can't count on it. The only reason I'm still alive is that I've made such a public appeal for help to both the media and law enforcement.
