It's been a year since I posted the information below and we now have a federal administration that 1) hates the FBI, and 2)advocates strongly for using the death penalty, so I think it's time to rerun the following information.

 My friend Medawar has published a new post that I am sharing here with permission. I must point out that because this stuff is done primarily by computers and phones, law enforcement is able to trace who accessed what when.

I will repeat the important link Medawar provides in text form at the end of this post to prevent messing with it. Here then is his post in its entirety for your consideration.

 There has been a successful Federal prosecution for this crime, details now released by the FBI. It is worth noting that this was effectively also a gangstalking case insofar as the primary defendant was found to have had help on the night when things progressed to the actual killing and, given the intensity of the stalking (and blackmail attempts) which preceded this, it's quite likely that he would have sought to share the workload before this.

(Note to police, FBI and NCA: if a victim is alleging offences that seem like an impossible amount of work for a single offender, you must give weight to the possibility of conspiracy and/or common purpose as well as that the victim is simply mistaken. The latter course will only reduce your workload and help your career if it is really true: if the victim turns out to be correct you've just blown away your career, reputation and pension. The safest course is to check for this kind of thing, because it's always going to be more common than suggested by official statistics (which are primarily designed to get your political bosses re-elected).

No mention is made of sentences for the two known accomplices, which may indicate either that they still face further local charges in Independence, Missouri, or that they felt the need to cut a deal with the Federal authorities. Had they been proved to have assisted with the cyber-stalking phase of the case, they could easily have faced the same penalty. 

This highlights the enormous risks being run by anyone playing even a minor role in stalking, gangstalking and cyber-stalking offences, because simply doing what you are told by the sort of person likely to become head of such a gang, you are making yourself legally responsible for the actions of someone not in their right mind!

There's more than one Federal law these days that can be used to prosecute such cases, depending largely on whether or not the abuse of computer technology was involved (bugs, spyware, tracking devices, and tracking apps on the victim's phone all count and not very many stalking gangs fail to use at least one of those!) Even when it's all done by word of mouth, it's still a conspiracy to deny rights and when that results in death (or kidnapping) the penalty can be life imprisonment or death, if the current administration is minded to permit the latter.

In the United Kingdom there is no such thing as a Federal crime; just varying degrees of severity or public interest which might divert a case from Crown or Sheriff's court to the Old Bailey or the Court of Sessions. But there is a an over-arching principle that participants in a conspiracy share responsibility for what the conspiracy does and there is also a law of Common Purpose, which requires even participants in a spontaneous offence to share responsibility for its outcome. Beyond that, a gang member can be and often is, charged with "assisting an offender in..." whatever the crime was. 

The cosy feeling of security in being a gang member or going along with workplace bullying is a legal illusion, because by doing so you make yourself responsible for the final outcome of that activity, however dreadful that might be. And the dreadfulness of the outcome is determined by the most psychopathic or sociopathic personality within the gang, or workplace. Everyone accosted by a bully or participant in a feud of any kind, needs to ask themselves the simple question: "what's the worst thing this person might do?" before doing anything that might help them do it.

There's probably at least a dozen followers in jail for every leader who managed to get himself jailed rather than letting someone else go to jail for him.

There are a great many indications that these types of equipment are in common use in Central Texas, both by law enforcement and by organized crime.  In particular, the equipment is most definitely being used to facilitate organized stalking.

Sad Start To The New Year

Neighbors of ours appeared to get a puppy for Christmas, because a cute little dog turned up in their yard around that time.

Unfortunately, we soon began to both see and hear signs that this animal was being abused.  A few days ago, one of my adult children both discussed with me inside our house and communicated by email with a friend that they were seriously considering making an official complaint of animal cruelty against the owner/s.  Note that at no time was this matter ever discussed by any of us outside the privacy of our home.

This evening, we found the body of the poor dog in our pasture.  As you can  clearly see, it had been hit over the head and brutally stabbed to death elsewhere and then thrown over the fence onto our property.

These are the kinds of acts organized stalkers commit.  They also happen to be the kind of acts serial killers commit.

Bringing The Dirty Tricks Back Home

Medawar has written this article on behalf of the blog owner at "Victims of Organized Crime in Central Texas", who is currently being harassed very intensely, in part to stop her telling her story in public, but mainly to prevent her making effective preparations for what may be a crucial court hearing in the middle of October. The court hearing is part of a long-running attempt by a property developer and attorney in Fredericksburg, Texas, to deprive the blog owner of her home. Some of those assisting and advising on the harassment, are former Secret Service agents who live in houses provided for them, on very generous terms, by the same property developer. They are breaking not only State and Federal laws, but also their oaths, and they are doing so in order to deny an innocent and law-abiding citizen precisely the thing they have been rewarded with for their connivance: a home. Throughout their careers, they were paid a reasonable salary and they now enjoy pensions secured by the taxpayer (those who made their living in the private sector seldom have a completely secure pension fund...) A heavily subsidized house is a thick layer of icing on the cake for those who were already set for a much more comfortable retirement than most Americans can expect.

Some of the harassment which "VOCCT" suffers from will be familiar to almost anyone who's found themselves in the way of a crooked property developer: tailgating, "brighting" and other forms of aggressive driving directed at them every time they drive to work, try and run essential errands, or simply visit family and friends. Constant intrusion onto the property and daily vandalism, too, will be family to those whose property is coveted by a developer, or whose homes happen to overlook the preferred pitch of the local drugs pusher. It's that there's big money at stake for the developer (less so for VOCCT, who merely aspires to live a blameless life in her own home) and he has, over his whole adult life, accumulated contacts, henchmen and favours, which he and his sons are cashing in to make this everyday harassment as intense as it possibly could be. And then there is the extra special thing, the enhanced harassment only available to a crook who has ex Secret Servicemen, FBI Agents and even Texas Rangers, in his pocket.

When Medawar first made contact with VOCCT, she and her adult daughter were most worried by the fact that people they met in Fredericksburg, would pointedly refer to things they had done in conditions of strict privacy, such as the bathroom, or quiet, private conversations they had had in their kitchen. They believed that not only were the people harassing them extensively bugging the house, but that illegal video surveillance had been embedded in the structure of the house -and that choice images and footage from this was being made available to their neighbours and staff at businesses they frequented. Some of the individuals who appeared to have seen bathroom footage were clearly inclined towards sexual predation as well as voyeurism, and this added real fear of sexual violence to humiliation and embarrassment. (Anyone who has studied methods by which the KGB and Stasi used to harass dissidents, will recognize this trick. And they will recognize one or two more before this article is done.)

Medawar provided VOCCT with a straightforward RF detector (which cost about £89 at the time) intended mainly for locating bugs and hidden cameras. It is essentially a low gain receiver, and the gain can be turned even lower, so that it only normally responds when it is within a couple of feet of a radio frequency transmitter, such as a bug, wireless webcam, or a more professional video bug. By then turning the gain down, the source can be located to within inches. This device allowed VOCCT to provide Medawar with a set of architect's plans of her house, with little coloured dots to show RF sources all over the house. Not only were these very numerous, with several in each bath or shower room, but there was an absolute Babel of transmission modes, transmission bands and other characteristics, suggesting that several technological generations of illegal surveillance devices were present, and still active, all over the house and its outbuildings. There also turned out to be covertly-performed structural modifications in the loft and elsewhere, apparently intended to allow intruders access to the loft from the porch roof, and from the loft to other spaces between rooms and behind fixtures, all over the upper floor.

At the same time, it became apparent that a crawl space into the basement had been engineered to allow intruders free rein there, before the ground floor and its fixtures, blank spaces and piping runs, too. But the most pertinent point in this instance is this: in late 2010 and early 2011, it was possible to pick all of these point RF sources out from the background: they did not trigger the detector unless it was fairly close and the gain turned up.

In the past couple of months, VOCCT has complained of failing health as well as intensified harassment, at home and everywhere she goes to earn her living or run errands. She also discovered a discarded instruction leaflet for some high-power Radio-related equipment on her land.

Medawar advised her to see if she could use her detector to trace any new radio signal to a possible point of origin. At which point, VOCCT discovered that the radio frequency environment inside her house and indeed throughout the surrounding property, had changed from lots of discrete, locatable low to medium power point sources, to an all-pervasive, very high amplitude field of radio frequency signals, which didn't seem to decline in strength on any side of the house, or, indeed, on any side of the pasture associated with it. This is very unusual indeed.

There is a cellphone tower not far away, but this was already there and fully operational when VOCCT mapped out all of the point sources, now completely blanketed by the new signal field, and in any case, the signal strength from the tower would be strongest on the near side and much weaker immediately in the lee of what is a large stonebuilt house. (When it was possible to map individual signals, the cellphone tower signals were detectable mainly in the loft and roofspace.) Such an all-pervasive and strong RF field has been seen before, in the United States Embassy in Moscow, between 1965, when various American intelligence services and the Secret Service first discovered it, and 1976, when they finally allowed a fuss to be made about it, at which point it disappeared as mysteriously as it had started.

Because they had no idea what the signals in the Embassy were meant to accomplish, the CIA and the Secret Service (who had to be consulted about the Ambassador's safety) actually shared their findings with pretty well all US Intelligence agencies and several allied ones, because they wanted to know if the same thing was happening in other Embassies, and whether anyone knew what it was.

As far as Medawar knows, the Canadians, West Germans, French, Australian and British intelligence agencies were told about the basic problem. Medawar doesn't think that such strong signals were found at tbe British Embassy. At the time, this was housed in a rather majestic town house overlooking the Kremlin, so if the signals were caused by the Russians, as seemed probable, and were considered harmful, one would expect a building overlooking the Kremlin to be exempt. If, however, as the US Intelligence community told their own Embassy staff, the signals were merely there to activate physically harmless listening devices, there was no special reason for them to be absent from the British Embassy.

As well as Britain's overseas intelligence agency the SIS aka "MI6", the CIA's James Anderton consulted Peter Wright, an acknowledged radio expert working for the domestic security agency, MI5. This seems to have been a matter of expertise rather than jurisdiction. There appeared to be several radio beams, from shortwave to microwave, entering the US Embassy from a number of neighbouring properties in all directions, and all converging on a then-unie-in-Moscow IBM golfball typewriter in the Ambassador's outer office.

Supposedly, this allowed the Russians to read any document that was typed on the IBM machine, but Wright could have accomplished this without transmitting any signal at the typewriter. (Indeed, he had already read text typed at equivalent machines at the French Embassy in London during negotiations over Britain's entry to the Common Market). When operating, this typewriter had quite a distinctive electromagnetic signature of its own, and it was known to be in the US Ambassador's outer office. (The golfball spins and thumps: the ratio of spin to thump tells you the possible characters, and once you've got one word right, the whole message will fall into place.)

This made it an easy aiming point: KGB or GRU technicians setting up transmitters for the various shortwave and microwave beams in neighbouring buildings, could line their equipment up on the EM signature of the only Golfball typewriter in Moscow and know they were aimed at the Ambassador's office. And, indeed, the Ambassador's office, where all the beams converged, had by far the strongest field strength in the Embassy.

There were intelligence rumours that this was a sort of "mind control" project, and despite the obvious "tin foil hat" lunacy of this theory, it couldn't be discounted because there were several senior GRU and KGB officers known to sponsor research into tin foil hat projects. So much so, that any KGB scientist or technician wanting to do serious work, had to think of a supposed mind control application to get funds, and make his real project a spin-off from that. It didn't take many years for the CIA's own research-funding pattern to take the same form.

It was decided to tell the Embassy staff a cover story: that it was just attempted surveillance (which for all they knew in 1965, it might have been) and then observe everyone closely over a few years to see what happened, whilst the radio fields were constantly measured and monitored.

The Ambassador, Walter J. Stoessel Jr and his staff showed no signs of being mind-controlled, even after several years, but he and several of his secretarial staff and senior colleagues (the people who were in his office the most) became very ill: initially with blood disorders and then with lymphoma in the Ambassador's case and other cancers in the case of his senior members of staff.

Whether it was ever intended to "control minds" or not, the strong multi-frequency radio field in the Ambassador's office caused general malaise and nausea quite quickly, and more life-threatening conditions over time.

The radio frequency environment at VOCCT's house in Fredericksburg seems, at the time of writing, to closely resemble that in the US Ambassador's office in the Moscow Embassy between 1965 and 1976. There are radio beams converging on the house from adjacent properties on all sides (some of which are unoccupied) and this results in there being no part of the property which offers any refuge or even much alleviation from the very strong field that results where these beams all meet. However, the field seems to be strongest in VOCCT's bedroom and bathroom.

Without going into detail, (some of the information must wait for legal proceedings) the developer wants to obtain the house and its associated pasture, for development. He does not want to pay VOCCT any money for this, despite it being her lawful property from the settlement when the developer's son divorced her. The developer's contractors had a hand in building the house, in the eighties, which may explain why its structure is riddled with features helpful to intruders and voyeurs. The developer's son, a doctor, had advance knowledge of (and some influence over) the nearby hospital's long term expansion plans, and this may be why the house was built on a site which the hospital would eventually need. The divorce, and the inevitable award of the house to VOCCT as part of the settlement, must have thrown a spanner in the works of any long-term plan to profit from advance knowledge of the hospital's future.

The developer has gone to great lengths to cultivate, and indeed, house, mainly at his own expense, former Secret Servicemen, FBI Agents and Texas Rangers. The former are likely to have had secondhand knowledge of the radio beams in the Moscow Embassy just by being in the Secret Service at the time, and some of them may well even have been part of the investigation. Every agent concerned with the safety of serving and former presidents, would have been fully briefed on the radio beams and their dangers, even if the Embassy Staff weren't told.

The developer has provided subsidized housing to a group of people who would have known all the details of the radio beam harassment which Ambassador Walter J. Stoessel Jr. was subjected to, and, as if by magic, his ex daughter-in-law and grand-daughter, who have legal title to a property he'd like to develop, are being subjected to what looks like almost identical radio harassment.

As a parting thought: The breakdown of the relationship between the developer's son, and VOCCT, appears to date from the weekend of the 23rd to the 26th of April, 1999, when the developer's son appeared to travel a long way from home at very short notice and lied about where he'd been, and attempted to create a false record of precisely when he'd come back to Fredericksburg. That weekend will mean nothing to American law enforcement, but it should mean a great deal to Chief Superintendent Hamish Campbell and other senior officers of the Metropolitan Police Service at Scotland Yard.

Notes On Illegal Surveillance And Organized Stalking

Since my children and I continue to find clear indications of the presence of large amounts of illegal surveillance equipment in our house and on our property on an almost daily basis (and are positive this equipment is still fully operational and functioning because of various acts and actions committed regularly by persons stalking us), I could go on documenting this here indefinitely as I’ve been doing in preceding posts. (I almost certainly will be returning to this at some point.) However, I believe, for various reasons, that now is a good time for me to pause and summarize what I’ve both found and documented so far, discuss what it means, and compare it with things I’m currently learning and hearing from other victims of organized stalking.

My children and I have been victims of organized stalking for twelve years (with no end in sight). The children are now young adults (all over the age of 18), but they were all underage victims for many years. We believe we are being targeted as part of a “Trammel” conspiracy (see my "Code Names" post from 9/28/09) in order to illegally obtain our house and land for development by physicians and other persons connected with our local hospital.

Most of the various kinds of stalking-related incidents committed against us could not possibly have been committed without the persons committing them having had access to extensive minute-to-minute knowledge of our whereabouts at all times plus knowledge of what goes on inside our house, on our property, and inside our vehicles. A few of these incidents might be considered coincidental, but thousands of them, committed day after day for twelve years, are not. Because of this, we are positive that illegal surveillance equipment is installed in our home and vehicles and on our property.

Over the years, I have hired a number of private investigators (p.i.s) licensed with the Private Security Board (PSB) of the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) to find and remove this equipment and gather evidence to be used to prosecute individuals installing it and accessing information from it. These p.i.s charged me large sums of money for this but never actually did anything and also defrauded me in other serious ways. (I filed complaints with the DPS about this, but they refused to do anything.) Some of these investigators were (or claimed to be) former federal law enforcement agents and/or persons with close ties to federal agencies.

Because there were also clear signs that local law enforcement officers were involved in the stalking of us, I then hired Diop Kamau of the Police Complaint Center, a nationally know organization that’s linked to many respected law enforcement websites, to help me deal with the stalking and the illegal surveillance. Instead, Kamau also defrauded and victimized me. When I discovered this and confronted him, he began insisting that I allow persons in his employ to enter our home and remove some sort of equipment they’d installed, but he repeatedly refused to describe, list, or give me the locations of any of this equipment, so I refused them entry. Kamau then threatened us with an illegal invasion of our home by local police officers to remove the equipment (see “Illegal Surveillance, Part III”, posted here on 11/12/09).

I filed repeated complaints with the DPS, the FBI, and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) begging them for protection, asking them to properly sweep our property for illegal devices and remove and prosecute for them, requesting that they prosecute the various other serious crimes committed against us (which I repeatedly submitted extensive documentation of), and more; I even personally visited the San Antonio FBI office three times. None of these agencies would do anything to help us. Sample responses I’ve received from them are posted here under "Today The DOJ Said" (12/4/10), "DOJ Civil Rights Division" (6/28/10), and "The DOJ Said" (9/19/09).

At the same time, local first responders had serious problems with missing, unaccounted for, or improperly used surveillance and other equipment, much of it purchased with federal grant money. (See, for example, my "Defibrillators" (10/7/09) and "Missing Equipment" (1/14/11) posts here.) Not long after the threatened invasion of our home, Brian Collister of WOAI reported on over $30 million worth of missing federal equipment, much of it sophisticated surveillance equipment (see “Illegal Surveillance Summary”, posted here on 11/17/09). Collister said he had turned a list of this equipment over to Rep. Lamar Smith, who promised to look into it, but as far as I know, nothing was ever done. It’s also important to note that there are companies located here that have federal contracts to manufacture some of this equipment.

Because I was not able to obtain any of the help we needed despite years of constantly trying, I was advised to start documenting what was being done to us and to others here on a blog, which was why this one was started. Eventually, the blog attracted international attention. It has been assistance from outside the U.S. that has enabled us to start locating and documenting the illegal surveillance equipment being used to facilitate the stalking of us, rather than U.S. help of any kind. That fact alone ought to cause every American citizen considerable concern and dismay!

The vast majority of the population knows stalking only as a one-on-one kind of criminal victimization and has trouble dealing with the concept of organized stalking, the idea that people can be (and are!) being deliberately stalked by large groups of people who are being given access to illegal surveillance of victims wholesale. It is my fervent hope that the things I’m describing, explaining, photographing, and posting here will go a long way toward educating the general public about what’s really going on. For example, the ways I’ve illustrated and explained that illegal equipment has been installed in and on our house alone require the involvement of skilled professional electricians, carpenters, construction experts, wallpaper and flooring installation experts, heating and air conditioning technicians, painters, electronics and telecommunication experts, computer experts, and more. There’s simply no way a single person could have this much expertise!

There’s no question about the fact that large numbers of people are currently participating in the illegal stalking, harassment, and victimization of others, both here and around the world. The question then becomes why. As to why large numbers of people would knowingly and willingly access illegal surveillance of others (including young children), often in their most private moments, I direct your attention to the excellent book People Of The Lie, by the late F. Scott Peck.

This blog has brought me into contact with other victims of organized stalking from across the U.S. and all over the globe. One major trend that’s emerging as we compare notes is that victims commonly report being followed and/or stalked by either persons flashing law enforcement badges or persons who say they were asked to follow or commit harassing or illegal acts against someone by a person or persons flashing law enforcement badges and claiming to be law enforcement officers (often federal). U.S. citizens (and those of most other countries as well) should be aware that no legitimate law enforcement officer will ever do this, and that is someone ever asks them to do anything like this, they should refuse and threaten to call legitimate law enforcement—and then do it!. People also need to be aware that a high percentage of the time, the badges the people making these requests flash at them are fake (even though some of these are extremely realistic-looking). I have personally seen some of the people following me flash very official-looking badges at people, so I know for a fact that this is occurring. Several times, this happened to me at various post offices, after which the item I was mailing disappeared or was seriously tampered with.

Many victims of organized stalking also report the involvement of local law enforcement officers. A new trend that is developing, however, is the extensive involvement of “community policing” groups or organizations, some of which appear to actually be operating solely as a cover for organized stalking. (Comparisons with Nazi Germany here are encouraged!)

There’s one extremely important trend in particular that’s emerging as a result of my sharing information with other organized stalking victims that fellow victims must be made aware of. Many victims are reporting that their stalking began because someone powerful, wealthy, or well-connected badly wanted something they had. Usually, this is real estate, but sometimes it’s a spouse or significant other, assets, or something else that’s coveted. Often, the specific targeting day after day, plus the lack of help from authorities, combine to make victims believe that if they simply give up what is wanted and leave the area, the stalking will stop. When they do this, however, victims discover to their horror that their stalking not only continues, but actually worsens. This is because whoever is behind the stalking now both knows what “gets to” that particular victim and is anxious to silence and/or discredit the victim about what they know. (The “discredit” part is done by deliberately making others believe the victim is mentally ill. Please remember that it’s the stalkers who actually have the mental problems, not their victims!)

Here in Central Texas, by comparing notes with fellow organized stalking victim Dr. John Hall, I’ve been able to identify some of the individuals who’ve committed acts of stalking and harassment against us as members of what appears to be a major stalking gang out of the extended San Antonio area that’s run by one of the licensed p.i.s who defrauded me. This man is discussed as “P.I. #2” in my 3/25/11 post, “Who Lied?”. Although one San Antonio FBI agent personally told me P.I. #2 had once worked as an FBI agent and a second San Antonio FBI agent told Dr. Hall the same thing, so far no one that I’m aware of has been able to obtain confirmation of this in writing directly from Quantico. Regardless of whether P.I. #2 ever actually worked as a federal agent or not, he certainly has known close ties to the San Antonio FBI office, where I have every reason to suspect he might have been given improper access to classified information. According to Dr. Hall, P.I. #2 employs mainly extended family members of his and his wife’s to do the stalking, and I know that on one of my visits to the San Antonio FBI office to request help, these relatives of his were allowed to party loudly both in the lobby of the building and out in front of the building the entire time I was there. (When I was persuaded to hire him as a p.i. without realizing who he really was, he twice wore shirts belonging to one of my children to meetings with me and lied about where he got them!)

I’m told it’s very expensive to hire these gangs to stalk someone, so if you are a victim of organized stalking, it’s important to try to identify both the particular gang that’s stalking you and the person, entity, or organization that hired them. In our particular case, based on the many serious incidents we’ve documented in our logbooks over many years, we believe the expensive formal stalking gang out of San Antonio appears to have been hired in more of an “advisory capacity” and for specific incidents only. The more routine, day-to-day stalking of us seems to be done by locals whose services are likely either free or far cheaper. I do believe, based on comparisons with Dr. Hall and other victims (some of whom have also filed serious criminal complaints against this same gang that have also been ignored) that the San Antonio gang, with its known connections to federal law enforcement, is likely to have been involved with the installation of illegal surveillance equipment in our house and on our property. Interestingly, some of the known or suspected victims of this San Antonio gang are located in other states, meaning this particular gang has a reach that is well beyond Texas.

Now there are apparently new problems with the use of federal grant money in Texas; see the San Antonio Express-News article below). The statement about the DPS’s refusal to respond to requests for information about this is especially interesting. And this article further begs the question of whether any of the equipment sealed within the walls, cabinets, tile, porches, and elsewhere or installed or mounted in our vehicles and on our property was purchased with federal funds.

Dressing Area

In my "Bedside Matters" post of 5/15/11, I discussed my findings of strong radio frequency (RF) signals and obvious signs of tampering at the backs of a set of tall built-in cabinets located on the other side of the wall behind the head of my bed that are strongly indicative of the presence of illegal devices sealed inside the wall there.

I'm now in the process of going back to some areas of our house where we have not yet found signs of illegal surveillance devices but, for various reasons, have good reasons for suspecting they might be installed there. One such area is the small dressing area just off my bedroom where the built-in cabinets mentioned above are located.

Once I checked the dressing area more carefully, it didn't take long to locate an area of strong localized RF signals in the corner of the outside of the built-ins, on the side next to my closet. (See first photo below.) And sure enough, there's a suspicious-looking hole in the moulding there (second photograph).

I suspect this is the fiber optic end of an illegal surveillance camera that is sealed inside the wall between the dressing area and the side of my closet. A camera installed in this particular location would have a clear view all the way down the length of the area where I usually get dressed and undressed each day. It would also be pointed straight at the bathroom sinks and mirror, a second closet that forms the entrance to our attic, and into the entrance of the area where my children and I shower.

More At The Door

We've found more signs of illegal surveillance embedded in the walls by our back door, as shown in the photographs below. This time, the area that gives off strong radio frequency (RF) signals indicative of a hidden camera or microphone is right next to the door and about halfway up.

After I photographed this, I attempted to remove it by grabbing the part protruding from the wall with a tweezers and pulling on it. A small brownish crust similar to the one I removed from the leg of my bed as explained in an earlier post broke off and was so thin that it was crushed into tiny pieces. A small grayish area that's slightly recessed remains on the wall, and this appears to have a hair-thin fiber optic line in the center, although it's so small that it's hard to tell for sure. The area still gives off strong RF signals, so the stuff I removed must have been there to hold something in place.

The wall this pinhole is on intersects another at right angles a short distance away as shown. On the opposite side of the intersecting wall is a built-in cabinet that has clear signs of tampering at the back of it: the back of the cabinet has been removed at some point and then both heavily glued and crudely screwed back together so that in order to get to the illegal equipment sealed inside, one would have to either destroy the back of the cabinet or cut a hole in the wall itself.

I assume the embedded item is a camera, since it's positioned in a way that gives a view of the entire length of our downstairs hallway and looks directly at our front door.

Strange Microphones

The small (approximately 0.2 cm in diameter) spot shown below was found stuck to the leg of my bed, at the head, and right next to our land-line telephone. Close examination showed it to be perfectly round, metallic-looking, paper-thin, and with a slightly raised gold-colored rim around the outside edge. When I tried to carefully scrape it off onto a piece of paper, it was so thin that it broke into several tiny metallic pieces (see last photo below).

I'm left wondering if this was some sort of sophisticated illegal microphone. We know from other things we are finding that our house contains many generations of illegally installed surveillance equipment--not all that surprising, since we've been stalking victims for twelve years now (with no end in sight!). We also know that the head of the organized stalking gang targeting us has close ties to the San Antonio FBI office and that other persons who have victimized us in the past have known ties to the Secret Service and the CIA. (Note that the LBJ ranch and the Bush Museum of the Pacific War are located close to us.) Certainly the location where I found it is indicative of its having been a microphone; indeed, the reason I spotted it is because I realized it was the ideal location for a microphone and was checking the area carefully.

I will need to defer to others with expertise in such things as to exactly what it is or was. (I still have the pieces.) Now, at least, I know something else to be on the lookout for, although these will be hard to find. As far as giving off radio frequency (RF) signals, there are so many in the general area of my bed that I can't say whether this item was giving them off or not.

Thanks to a fellow victim of organized stalking in another state, I also have information on another kind of strange microphone that's apparently being used by perpetrators. This victim stated their intention to go up into the attic of their house to look for something. They then went up and rummaged through a box but could not find what they were looking for, so they began going through a second box that was nearby. Inside this second box, they found what they described to me as a tiny (about 1 in. long) metal microphone that looked "just like the ones on t.v. only in miniature; it even had a tiny metal mesh head". They said that as far as they could tell, this little microphone had just been dropped into the top of the box by someone.

The victim took the mini-mike out of the box and put it in a place they believed was secure so they could photograph it and describe it for an incident report, but when they went back later to do this, the mini-mike was gone. It should be noted that this particular stalking victim has severe problems with stalkers illegally entering their home and attic, even when they are there. (I feel their pain!)

Other information I've received from this same victim matches very well with things I'm hearing from both persons connected with law enforcement and fellow victims from many different locations, so I believe their account to be accurate. Again, it's something else for stalking victims to be on the lookout for. It's also a great example of why stalkers are so afraid of victims who compare and share information. I'm grateful for this victim's having let me know about this.

Update, 6/5/11: I have received a professional opinion that, although this could indeed be an illegal microphone on the basis of size, shape, and location, a microphone having been installed illegally would be far more likely to match the item it was stuck to in color so it couldn't be spotted easily. I'm told this is more likely to be a spot of glue that dripped down from something it was being used to hold above. I have searched the bed above this, but the only unusual thing I've noticed so far is an area where the finish on the wood of the bed is blistered as if it's been burned by something.

I also noticed that the nearby phone jack under the bed is missing one of its screws for some reason, as shown below.

Microphones

These small openings that give off strong radio frequency (RF) signals might be for illegal surveillance cameras, but their positions fairly low on the walls plus their locations suggest they are instead for illegal microphones.

One is next to the front door of our house,...





...and the other is next to our back door. (Notice that someone placed a pencil mark next to the back door one. We've noticed the locations of illegal equipment having been marked this way in other areas as well.)

Out Of The Closet

With this post, I'm documenting more illegal surveillance equipment installed in our house. This time, it's inside the wall of a small closet in a paneled room we use as a study and home office.

The first photo shows a gap where the lower portion of the wall paneling was opened to illegally instal equipment and then crudely closed up afterwards.

Finally, here is a photograph of the study closet in question from the outside. The sticky note shows the location of both the pinhole in the previous photos and the location of strong, localized radio frequency (RF) signals as picked up by a detector designed to locate surveillance cameras. As in previous cases documented here, the illegal camera itself is sealed where we can't reach it without doing substantial damage, in this case, behind the paneling on the outside and the strong wooden studs on the inside of the closet. The hard putty goes up inside the wall as far up as we can see, indicating it's wired to something above. (It's close to the pinhole previously documented in "Hiding Up High".)

Accountability (Or Lack Thereof)

The top article was just published in the San Antonio Express-News. It explains how San Antonio, Austin, and El Paso were recently passed over completely for receiving federal Homeland Security funding.

The bottom item, also published in the San Antonio Express-News, documents previous problems with missing DHS equipment purchased with these funds (over 30 million dollars worth, some of it sophisticated surveillance equipment). Although WOAI reporter Brian Collister said he had turned over a list of the missing equipment to Rep. Lamar Smith at the time, and Smith stated in the telecast segment that he would look into this, as far as I know, nothing was ever done.

It's encouraging to see that the federal government is refusing to hand out money to entities who refuse to be accountable for what they do with it!

Now I suggest you go back and look at my previous series of posts showing and describing some of the illegal surveillance we've found installed in our house so far. Then go back to my 11/17/09 post titled "Illegal Surveillance Summary" and wonder, as I do, whether any of the items I'm finding is missing federal equipment. (Take into account the fact that I'm dealing with former federal agents as detailed in "Who's Lying?", "He Said", "Bringing the Dirty Tricks Home", and elsewhere on this blog.)

The Kids, Too?

We just found this pinhole in the wall that gives off radio frequency (RF) signals, meaning it's probably an embedded illegal surveillance camera. It's located the the bedroom of one of my children and is close to electrical wiring.

Bedside Matters

There are two large built-in wooden storage cabinets in the small dressing area that's just off my bedroom in our house. These are shown below.

When I realized there had to be a significant amount of empty space behind the wall above them, I pulled everything out of these cabinets and checked them. Sure enough, the backs of both sides give off radio frequency (RF) signals indicative of the presence of illegal surveillance cameras and microphones installed behind them. And now that I know what to look for, it's easy to spot the telltale large, new, crude screws and scratches and pry marks that show where the wooden backs of the cabinets were pulled open to insert the illegal equipment and then quickly screwed and glued closed. There's electrical wiring for a light switch located nearby that's convenient for tying into, too.

The head of my bed sits up against the other side of this wall and is located directly behind these cabinets.

Hiding Up High

This spot, which emits radio frequencies (RFs), is located within the moulding around our front door. The hole is concealed in the shadow of the trim. There's no corresponding hole on the other side as you would expect if it were a nail hole. It also happens to be directly in front of the wiring for the doorbell and the outdoor lighting.

I assume this is an illegal surveillance camera. Its position gives it a bird's eye view down the entire length of the central hallway in our house and a great view of our back door.

Hiding In Plain Sight, Continued

Remember the small half-bath I discussed in my "Guard Your House Plans!" post of 5/16/11? We've found another area in the same room that gives off strong radio frequency (RF) signals, and look where it's located! How many times over the last twelve years have we unknowingly sat or stood next to it, I wonder? If you look closely, you can also see the newer nail showing where the paneling was pulled up and then nailed and glued closed again.

Because of the location, we believe this is a concealed microphone, but it could also be another camera. Of course, the presence of either of these in our house is very illegal, but as documented previously, law enforcement at all levels won't do anything about it. (Coincidentally, WOAI's Brian Collister has reported over $30 million worth of DHS surveillance and other equipment missing in the past; see my earlier post titled "Illegal Surveillance Summary".)

Hiding In Plain Sight

Did you think, from the previous title, that I was ending my series of posts documenting the presence of various types of illegal surveillance equipment installed on our property? I'm not even close to being done!

I'm learning, among other things, that modern fiber optics are so thin/fine that they can be installed right out in the open, where you walk by them every day without noticing them.

Take, for example, these "cracks" in the posts holding up the roof of the short covered walkway that leads from our kitchen to our separate garage. Close examination of them reveals they are actually small channels carved into the wood of the posts filled with putty that is much softer than the surrounding wood but matches it perfectly in color. Judging by the radio frequency (RF) signals the "cracks" give off, they appear to contain very thin fiber optics held in place by the putty in a manner similar to other examples previously shown here. The illegal surveillance cameras from which these fiber optic lines run are probably sealed within the roof of the walkway, since they are larger and therefore harder to hide. Notice that there is wiring for the electric outdoor lights close by for the illegal cameras to be wired to.

Now notice that these fiber optics surround the outside of this door. Am I shocked to find this?--yes, given how obvious it all is once you know what to look for, especially in light of the number of times we've walked past it. Am I surprised to find it?--sadly, no. Given that this particular entrance is both the main door we use in entering and exiting our house, plus the fact that someone often broadcasts loud and bizarre/obnoxious noises when we open this door (especially late at night when we let our pets in and out), I was positive some sort of illegal surveillance equipment was installed in the vicinity.

Of course, these devices are completely illegal. Shocking as they are, they are only another very small example of the tremendous number and scope of illegal devices that have been installed in our house and on our property over the years--devices I will continue documenting here. Frankly, I'm beginning to wonder what the final number of illegal devices per square foot in and and on our house will turn out to be and whether it will set some kind of record. (I suspect it will!)

And if you think all the locals who are given access to all this illegal surveillance of us are starting to be ashamed of or worried about what they're doing because I'm now documenting it, think again. They're still openly stalking us, harassing us, and bragging and laughing about what's been and continues to be done to us as often as possible and in the usual large numbers. Clearly, there's no shame or fear of punishment for committing blatantly illegal acts around here!

That's A Wrap

I had assumed this was a seam in the wallboard underneath the wallpaper in my bathroom. However, a closer examination revealed radio frequency (RF) signals near the end of it [Photo 3] and an offset in the middle [Photo 1] that doesn't seem very "seam-ly".

A careful look under the wallpaper revealed something wrapped in a nonconducting material. I assume this is a thin fiber optic line that protrudes through a very tiny hole in the wallpaper on one end for a perfect view of the combined toilet, tub, and shower area that is connected back to an illegal camera hidden inside the wall near the window on the other end.
