How To Cope With Organized Stalking

My good friend Medawar has recently posted an important piece on organized stalking to his blog that I am reprinting here in its entirety with his permission. It's a really good introductory overview.

I would only add to his discussion of lies with regard to organized stalking that I consider it a critical life skill to check out the accuracy of things you are told before you believe them and especially before you repeat them to anyone else. As Medawar points out, lies are a basic part of organized stalking because they can be so incredibly damaging. Sociopaths and psychopaths are very aware that most people are too lazy or clueless to actually verify information being given to them.

How to Cope with Organised Stalking: an open letter to Chris Packham

 It is apparent from the latest of several news items over the past few years, that the wildlife campaigner and broadcaster Chris Packham has fallen victim to what can only honestly be described as organised stalkers. This makes him an involuntary member of a club with very wide membership ranging from campaigners with views similar to his own, to those who are diametrically opposed and a rather larger number of people who have no idea at all why they are being persecuted. This post, while not comprehensive (or it would be far too long for anyone to read) sets out to offer some useful observations and tips for Mr Packham or anyone else, whatever their views on any matter, who finds themself in a similar position.

Don't be too concerned with discovering or speculating about your stalker's motives:

There are a few reasons for this advice. First and foremost, stalking and all other forms of targetted persecution are wrong, always wrong, and there is no cause, however urgent, however noble, which cannot disgrace and destroy itself by resorting to this kind of tactic. Recognising that stalking is always wrong and can never be justified is an important part of the solution, because it allows you to make common cause with those whom you might otherwise reject and bitterly oppose and it puts your persecutors on a collision course with the rest of the human race and, if you care to believe it, greater forces than that.

Secondly, Medawar once asked a psychiatrist why people were prepared to take part in stalking campaigns and the immediate and unequivocal response was "because they enjoy it." Everything Medawar has learned about stalking in the twenty years since that interview has supported that simple statement from the psychiatrist. Stalking doesn't just destroy the victim: it destroys those causes in whose name stalking is employed. Former members of the campaign group "Stop Huntingdon Animal Cruelty" believe they were defeated by a conspiracy between the government and "Big Pharma" but the harsh truth is that their methods, and the stalking of individuals and families in particular, turned pretty well the whole country against them and anyone who even sounded like them. There is no gain for the cause in the resort to stalking. Organised stalking, just like lone stalking, is done purely for the enjoyment of those organising it and those carrying it out. Your beliefs and your causes only really matter to them because they matter to you, allowing them to gain sadistic pleasure from frustrating your campaigns and destroying your hopes. Stalking is always about destroying hope in the end, because that's what gives a sadist the biggest thrill.

Consider, for a moment, that many victims of organised stalking have no history of activism at all; sometimes the trigger is amazingly trivial, almost always it involves the victim doing something he or she had a perfect right to do. Your beliefs, and the apparent beliefs of your persecutors, are usually not the real reason it is happening. There is nothing to be gained from compromising your beliefs, "toning them down" or doing anything other than regularly checking that you are happy in your own heart and mind with what you are doing. Artists are stalked, not usually to suppress any political message in their work, but because destroying their creativity gives the stalkers the thrill of cutting off a butterfly's wings, magnified a thousand times. The only satisfactory solution to stalking is to expose the stalkers and stop the stalking. Scuttling for cover is not only cowardly, but utterly futile.

And this brings us to an important observation based on more than two decades experience of these matters:

Lies Are A Stalker's Most Powerful Weapon (and thereby the most addictive)

Sometimes, lies are all a stalking campaign consists of, but more often they are used to complement and enable all the threats, vandalism, cruelty to pets and recreational arson which constitute the more obvious threat. Stalkers will spread lies about the victim, often before they notice anything amiss, to distance and then slowly isolate them from friends, neighbours and even family members. Those lies will also lie there waiting for a police investigation to start, which will always involve discreet inquiries amongst the victim's friends, neighbours and relatives -and the planted lies will be designed to cancel or fatally misdirect the police investigation in pretty short order. This is the major reason why victims frequently end up believing that the police are complicit in their stalking: the stalkers have carefully laid "evidence" for the police to unearth, perhaps long before the stalking appeared to start and the first complaint to the police is filed.

But because lies are so powerful and effective, stalkers come to depend on them and that can create a contradiction which suddenly collapses the house of cards. 

Note to policemen reading this: if everyone around the victim believes something that he doesn't think is true, try tracing that belief back to its source. Lots of people believing the same (bizarre and/or defamatory?) thing is actually unnatural: threat this phenomena with due suspicion.

The stalkers will lie to the victim, in that almost every bit of physical evidence they leave behind for them to find will be misleading in some way. Look for a pattern behind the pattern: "What are they trying to make me think? Is it something designed to drive a wedge between me and the police, or somebody else that I depend on?"

The stalkers will lie to campaigners and activists who might oppose the victim, in order to get them to help with the stalking. Perhaps without them ever realising how much has been happening and just how harmful it is.

Stalking is unrequited murder

Anything that speaks of a high, noble or political agenda behind the stalking is also a lie: noble aims do not need to be pursued by methods such as this. They are doing it because slowly destroying someone by stalking gives them a thrill akin to murder without the legal risks. There is a great danger for the whole of society in the police treating stalking and harassment as a trivial issue, not worthy of their precious resources, because the perception of risk is the only thing which separates the stalker from the murderer and current, dismissive, police attitudes are steadily eroding that risk.

Try and count your persecutors (at least approximately) before you spend undue effort identifying them

You should keep a log of everything that happens throughout the staking and harassment in any case: the police advise this, even if they are disposed to ignore the results if it suits them. But enhance the data by always suffixing an estimate of the minimum number of persons required to do it. Also always suffix how far away you were from home when it happened.

Over time, those two metrics can be a very useful tool for identifying your persecutors and may one day give you peace of mind, if the right number of stalkers are brought to justice or at least exposed. 

A small number of stalkers operating mostly in your local area may imply that it's a couple of mates (or brothers) and that all their communication with each other is face to face or by direct phone call, so they don't need social media for any purpose except adding to the pressure on you. 

A large number, operating almost everywhere you go, implies a group or network with some form of shared communication which the authorities might be able to penetrate.

And so on. Those two metrics will make your harassment log or diary more useful to the authorities, always assuming that they see the need to take genuine action. Which is constantly being demanded by successive Home Secretaries and ignored by successive Chief Police Officers.

"Domestic Terrorism"

The following is a copy, slightly edited, of a statement that my adult daughter, who lives with me, recently submitted to law enforcement.  The incidents described here took place on February 27th and February 28th of this year.  As of yet, she has had no response from San Antonio, state, or federal LE agencies of any kind.

I am [name, age,address, and contact info. omitted].  I am a self-employed professional free-lance artist with a degree in illustration from [a major East Coast art college].  I live with my mother [name omitted], who is a long-time stalking victim of her ex-husband and my father [name omitted] and numerous relatives and associates of his.  After I willingly provided samples of my DNA to two different law enforcement agencies for filial analysis with regard to investigations involving my father a few years ago, I too became a victim of organized stalking and harassment.

I decided to drive from my home in Fredericksburg to San Antonio for the day on 2/28/2017, for a combination of work and pleasure.  I left my house around 8 AM, driving south and east on first Hwy 87 and then I-10.  At the time I left, I was already frightened and upset because of an incident that had occurred the previous day at the Whataburger restaurant in Fredericksburg, when I'd gone there for lunch around 11:30 AM and an elderly white male with glasses had come up to me, glared at me, and then started reaching for a very large knife that he had sticking up out of his back pocket so he was certain I'd seen it.

As soon as I turned onto Hwy 87, I noticed that I was being followed and tailgated by numerous vehicles of all sorts.  Many of these were weaving dangerously in and out of traffic.  This continued for my entire trip to San Antonio, and the speeds involved in this on I-10, plus the fact that I drive a very small car, made the trip particularly frightening.  Along the way, I saw numerous marked police vehicles of various sorts and entities parked along the sides of the roads.  Uniformed officers in these vehicles had to have seen what was going on, but none of them did anything at all to help me.

In San Antonio, I exited I-10 at the Fredericksburg Road exit.  As I did so, two mid-sized SUVs, one white and one very light silver, tried to run my car off the road. [Note that my car is also white.]  A third vehicle, a black car, attempted to do the same, but failed.  This happened around 9 AM and should be clearly visible on any surveillance cameras in the area.

Around 11 AM in the area around the Witte Museum, a skinheaded white or Hispanic male began tailgating my car very aggressively in a red pickup truck.  When I turned onto a side street, he followed me and then pulled up right behind me and glared at me angrily.

Later, I went to Crossroads Mall.  As I started walking toward Target around 1:30 PM, I realized that I was being followed by a very thin white male, over 6 feet tall, with dark or tanned skin, quick/athletic, and wearing glasses, a white hat, and a brown poofy wig.  This man kept getting closer and closer to me, and as he got nearer, I felt threatened and sped up in an effort to get away from him.  I hurried toward Target, because there was no one around in the parking lot to help me; as I sped up, he did as well.  This was absolutely terrifying.  The man was right behind me when I entered Target, but when I turned to the right a short distance inside, I saw him hurry off heading straight into the store.

My drive home was the same as my drive down:  same route, same problems with being aggressively tailgated and driven around at high rates of speed, etc.  And once again, I saw numerous marked police vehicles parked along the roadsides doing nothing to stop the dangerous drivers, even when they were clearly tailgating me, changing lanes without signaling, not bearing legal license plates (many had no plates at all), etc.

I was so shaken with fear by the time I got home that I was uncertain about what I should do.  I did almost immediately sit down and draw the man who chased me through the parking lot, since I'd had no chance to photograph him.  I am good at drawing faces, so I drew him without the wig and hat to show his facial structure.  Both of us should be easily visible on cameras in the mall parking lot.

I have finally calmed down enough to be able to report what happened yesterday.  I expect the San Antonio Police Department, the Texas DPS, and any other law enforcement entities with jurisdiction to investigate what was done to me very thoroughly.  I am also providing copies of this statement of mine to the LE agencies that I provided DNA samples to, and I am sending copies to the FBI and the DOJ/  I will be happy to answer any and all questions anyone might have to the best of my ability. 

My daughter insists on calling what is being done to her domestic terrorism.  I'm not sure I can go that far, but I can certainly understand her being able to make a case for this. Certainly, these incidents are classic organized stalking.

Besides the obvious threats to my daughter's safety, I hope readers from outside this area will begin to grasp the sheer extent and magnitude of the lawlessness that exists here, because I realize how hard it is to wrap your head around this until you actually see and experience it. Situations and conditions like this simply can't exist unless there is a total lack of functioning law enforcement!

Coincidentally (???), I have become aware that there have been major recent developments in both of the homicide cases that my daughter provided evidence for.

By the way, I immediately recognized both of the men in my daughter's drawings below.  The first is a close associate of my ex-husband's who has been involved in stalking incidents with me numerous times going back to 1999.  The second is a man who has also been involved in many stalking incidents targeting me, including some where he followed me out-of-state;  I believe him to be a professional (=hired) stalker.  If he is the man I believe him to be, his natural hair color is light sandy/red.

First, see my post below from 12/1/15.

Now see above; once again, someone has broken into our house and slashed some of our food with a knife, this time a plastic bag containing bread that was in our refrigerator.  It's hard to see in the photo, but there are a number of cuts in the bag that were clearly made with a knife; it's not just one hole.

Organized stalkers do this sort of thing all the time in order to harass and frighten their victims.  In our case, many of the incidents involve knives, because the stalkers know my adult children and I are afraid of my ex-husband; see many posts on this blog plus his numerous bizarre and rambling comments here.

It does little good to complain to local law enforcement about the constant break-ins, harassment, illegal surveillance that is 24/7, and more, since law enforcement personnel are in on it--they openly follow us around in their marked vehicles doing headlight and turn signal harassment.  (The latter is when vehicles are illegally modified so that one or both turn signal lights can be turned on all the time without blinking.  Headlights are also illegally modified so that their intensity can be dialed up and down independently of each other.)

As I've said many times before, our entire community participates in this and finds it amusing.  It's unbelievable and sick, but they breed that here.

News Flash/Flash News

We had something very frightening happen last night, around 1:15 AM.

I was up late working on my computer, which is located next to a set of double French doors that open out onto the front porch of our house.  These French doors are always kept locked, and they are covered on the inside by thin blinds that let light in but prevent people from seeing either inside or out.  A family member was asleep in a bedroom directly above the room I was working in, and another family member was asleep at the back of the house.

Suddenly, and with no warning of any kind, there was what I can only describe as a soft explosion right in front of me, just outside the French doors on the front porch.  At the same time, an extremely bright white light shone directly into the room I was in.  My first thought was that someone had thrown some sort of incendiary device onto our porch.

A second or so later, all the lights in our house went out and my computer switched over to battery mode, meaning the power had gone out.  A second or so after that, another soft explosion just like the first went off outside on the porch, and again the very bright white light came shining into the room with me through the blinds on the French doors.  Both times, even with the blinds in between, the light shining into the room with me was almost blinding.

Again, the light only lasted a second or so.  As soon as it went out this time, our electric power suddenly came back on.  The entire event from start to finish lasted only about 10 seconds, but the power was out long enough that we had to reset all the clocks in the house.

The noise from the explosions on the front porch woke the family member who was sleeping above me, and they went running to their front window to see what was going on.  This family member got to the window just as the power went out, and they said they saw all of the lights in the houses on the hill above us go out at the same time ours did.  They also said that everyone's lights came back on at the same time. However, this family member never saw the bright white light, even though it came on for the second time while they had to have been standing by their window looking outside and the light was nearly blinding me directly below them.

The third family member woke up briefly only when they heard us talking about what had happened.  Because they were at the back of the house, they never saw or heard anything.

It should be noted that there were never any shock waves of any kind associated with the explosions we heard.  All of the energy from the explosions appeared to be associated with the bright light, which clearly was being aimed directly into the room where I was and nowhere else.  Whatever was being done seems to have caused a power overload trip that was rectified amazingly quickly; alternatively, the lights may have been put out to prevent us from being able to see the perpetrators.  (Note that there was no moon out last night.)

The incident was most definitely not a transformer blowing out and sparking.  Our transformers are all located along the street up the hill from us, where the family member above me would have been the one to see lights instead of me.  The family member at the back of the house would also have been likely to hear and see a transformer blow and spark, because they were on the same side of the house as the closest transformer.

A reliable source I described the incident to believes I might have been the victim of a "strobe weapon", an electronic flashgun that looks rather like a large lantern-type flashlight.

I am told there are civilian versions of this that are weaker.  What I was subjected to were separate flashes of light, not strobing ones.  Apparently, police officers use these bright flashes of light to temporarily blind or distract perpetrators.

We were never able to see or hear any persons or vehicles outside in connection with this, but clearly some person or persons did this to frighten and harass us as part of the extensive campaign of organized stalking that we are longtime victims of.  The fact that they may have used equipment to do this belonging to law enforcement officers is of particular concern, as is the fact that this equipment appears to be in the hands of and/or used by organized crime (the entity behind organized stalking).

There are a great many indications that these types of equipment are in common use in Central Texas, both by law enforcement and by organized crime.  In particular, the equipment is most definitely being used to facilitate organized stalking.

Glossary Of Organized Stalking/Gang Stalking

The following is a glossary of terms associated with organized stalking, a.k.a. gang stalking that I have put together from various sources, including very well-connected stalkers themselves.  I will be updating and adding to this regularly, so please check back from time to time.  My goal here is to make this a fairly definitive guide to the major terms associated with organized stalking that can be used as a reference.  The terms are in alphabetical order and include both colloquial and official terminology.

Authority bureau (n):  a high-level and well-organized criminal group that decides individuals to be targeted and runs organized stalking campaigns 

Boner (n):  an enemy target

BoA (n):  organized crime bureau pretending to be a contract agency, traveler's club, or accounting firm

BoT(C) (n):  conspiratorially minded organized crime bureau pretending to be searching for the "secrets of the illuminati" or the illuminati themselves

BoT(F) (n):  organized crime bureau falsely claiming to be a "humane research agency"; attracts deviant scientists and researchers

Break-a-leg job (n):  a particularly hostile attack against a contract; also, a plan that involves approaching a target and talking to them

Brighting (v):  harassing and/or temporarily blinding a targeted individual by flashing high headlight beams at them in order to frighten TIs or cause them to crash their vehicles at night (see also dazzling) 

Cancelling (v):  causing a miscarriage

Cherrying (v):  getting out of a legal tangle through the syndicate's intervention

Clitweed (n):  synonym for nyunkia

Concerned citizens (n):  synonym for pawns; used by stalking crews

Contract (n):  the victim of contracting (see below); a targeted individual

Contract (v):  target an individual for organized stalking and harassment, as in to "contract" a specific person. There are two types, enemy contract (hostile) and planning contract (basic and progressive)

Cousin Nancy (n):  a police unit sent to tail a crew and arrest them before an unchained police unit can

Covered (n):  a member of the public that is under the control of the syndicate 

Crash Test Dummy (n):  a practice target

Crew (n):  a unit of recruits and pawns under a single MO; an organized group or gang of stalkers

Dazzling (v):  using a high-tech lazer device developed by the CIA to blind targeted individuals while they are driving in order to cause victims to crash their vehicles (more serious than brighting) [Former FBI Director Louis Freeh's recent crash in New England is rumored to have been caused by dazzling.] 

Defacing (v):  making faces at a contract, or otherwise intimidating them

Deja Voodoo (n):  doing the same skit or street theater over and over again

Effect (n):  the fact that greedy and sadistic recruits (stalkers) are selected for managing stalking jobs more readily than anyone with integrity; a.k.a. "The Effect"

FBG (n):  abbreviation for fertile breeding ground

Fertile Breeding Ground (n):  a crew of nipple-kissers, based on the idea that they are a fertile breeding ground for future stalking managers

Gang stalking (n):  a synonym for organized stalking (see below)

General Leeing (v):  chasing after a target and threatening to rape them before immediately running away

Gigolo-Bop (v):  to make sexual advances to an unattractive target (term used mainly by nipple-kisser deviants)

Hang-Job (n):  the experience of having a target that one has enjoyed tormenting suddenly commit suicide (the term is mainly used by nipple-kissers and  nyunkias)

Herbert (n):  a child or young teen who participates in organized stalking 

Holy Poly (n):  a religious puritan recruit (stalker)

Incapacitator (n):  a device that affects the sleeping patterns/stress/fatigue/headaches of a contract

Lab rats (n):  BoT(F) synonym for pawns

Lomo (n):  short form of lomosexual (see below)

Lomosexual (n):  syndicate member with a knack for photography ("There's a lomo in every crew!")

Manager (n):  the head of a stalking crew

Mincing (v):  luring a targeted individual into the legal system

Nipple-kisser (n):  a deviant recruit (stalker), recruited because of a desire for sadism

NYUNKIA (n):  abbreviation for Not Your Usual Nipple-Kissing Incapacitator Asshole" (the "yu" is pronounced "oo" as in "moon"); a particularly deviant or sadistic BoT (F) member

Office boys (n):  Authority bureau synonym for pawns

Organized stalking (n):  “Gang stalking” – also known as “organized stalking” – is a slang term for a set of tactics used in counterintelligence operations involving the covert surveillance and harassment of a targeted individual. The goal of such operations – in the parlance of counterintelligence personnel – is to “subvert” or “neutralize” an individual deemed by a government agency (or corporation) to be an enemy.

“Organized stalking” is probably a better term than “gang stalking” since it more accurately conveys the systematic nature of the crime, and it avoids creating the erroneous impression that the activity is connected with street gangs. [Taken from fightgangstalking.com.]

Pawns (n):  the lowest ranking persons in a syndicate (not technically members because they have no permanent service contract and don't know they are working for a syndicate; take orders from the syndicate but don't attend its meetings); a.k.a. concerned citizens, office boys, secretaries, lab rats, spelunkers, or travel agents

Perp (n):  short for perpetrator; a stalker  

Private life (n):  a syndicate member's life within the syndicate

Public face (n):  a recruit or manager's official life outside the syndicate

Punk actors (n):  stalking crew recruits who participate in organized stalking because they enjoy causing chaos and anarchy

Rainbow shock (n):  the act of a stalker's being nice to the general public after defacing a targeted individual

Rank (n):  a level in a syndicate

Recruits (n):  mid-level members of organized stalking crews (next level above pawns); are aware of a large conspiracy, but at a misinformed level; divided into religious actors and punk actors; only greedy and un-idealistic people are allowed to progress beyond the recruit level in organized stalking

Religious actors (n):  stalking crew recruits who often participate in organized stalking because they are led to believe they are helping to clean up their community

Sakurakai (n):  a crew that is particularly overt in its stalking and gets caught too often as a result; a crew that has to be cherried all the time

Secretaries (n):  Authority bureau synonym for pawns

Shallow Throat (n):  synonym for Nyunkia

Spelunkers (n):  Bot(C) synonym for pawns 

Street Theater (n):  skits performed in public that let targets know they are under constant illegal surveillance (often performed by persons who are unaware they are participating in organized stalking--they believe they are part of a grassroots movement and are not aware that they are harassing targets)

Syndicate (n):  an organization participating in organized crime and organized stalking

Targeted individual (n):  a person targeted by the syndicate for stalking and harassment; a victim of organized stalking; a.k.a. target

TAT 

The Good Old Gang At The Office (n):  the crime syndicate 

TI (n):  commonly used abbreviation for a targeted individual

Trap (n):  initial phase of an organized stalking campaign against a targeted individual during which victims are prodded, manipulated, enticed, or subliminally influenced into taking actions that will allow them to be more easily controlled later; phase during which players who will help with the stalking campaign are moved into place and victims are "set up" (victims will almost never notice this phase) 

Travel agents (n):  BoA synonym for pawns

Trigger (n):  second phase of an organized stalking campaign in which the targeted individual appears to set off the overt part of the campaign by something they accidentally say or do; victims are made to believe the trigger is what set off the stalking of them, when it actually sets in motion what the people behind the stalking campaign intended to do all along

Unchained (n):  an authority that is not a pawn or a recruit

Uncovered (n):  synonym for unchained 

Voodoo (n):  the act of being hostile to a target (pointing, staring, etc.)

XXXXXXX (v):  to run over a target or chase them with a car 

XXXXXX XXXXXX (n):  rhyming slang for "big mistake" or "we shouldn't have used this method"

XXXXXX Necktie (n):  a death threat made with no intention of carrying it out

XXXX's Law (n):  a police department that is thoroughly under the syndicate's control

XXXXXXXXX Syndrome (n):  the state where a targeted individual becomes so socially unpredictable and badly off that stalkers can't think of many additional ways to make the victim's life worse

Yellow Meat (n):  criminals recruited into the syndicate

Zapperating (v):  using electronic devices to adversely affect the health of a targeted individual

Forums and DNA

In an earlier post on this blog titled “Personas”, I showed numerous examples of bizarre and harassing emails I've been sent by my ex-husband over the years in which he writes pretending to be quite an assortment of different people and personality types; see

Now, in light of the information I've provided in the post just prior to this one on connections between stalking and murder, I feel a need to go back and revisit the subject of my ex-husband's personas on various internet forums in more detail.

Notice that many of the examples of harassing emails I included in my “Personas” post show signs of being part of rather intricate/detailed story lines my ex- has worked out. As you read through these, keep in mind my mention in the previous post about how a major trait of stalkers is the way they tend to think and act based on very well-plotted stories that they carry around in their heads.

The two Topix gang stalking (i.e., organized stalking) forums linked above appear to have been started by my ex- as a way to both brag about some of his stalking exploits and spread disinformation about organized stalking and electronic harassment. As I've pointed out before, nearly all the characters who post on these forums are actually my ex- pretending to be various imaginary persons, many of whom claim to be victims of organized stalking, as my ex-'s way of bragging about things he and his associates do to victims in real life. I conservatively estimate that my ex- spends at least 3 to 4 hours each day posting on various internet forums in this manner. This compulsive need to brag about the evil things they do is actually a well-known trait of serial killers, and it is a major way that they are eventually caught.

I am now discovering more of these forums started by my ex- as vehicles for bragging about his past and current exploits and acts he's thinking about committing in the future. He clearly started the blog at

as his way of dealing with the fact that my friend Medawar and I had started sharing information and figuring out certain things about him, since there are many items in the posts that Medawar and I were meant to recognize.

Also, many of the forums my ex- regularly posts on are R- or X-rated. He often includes links to my blog in his postings on these sites that he then uses to enter my blog himself. And as regular readers of this blog know all too well, my ex- clearly enjoys leaving long, rambling comments here frequently!

I'm very sure this is one of the forums started by my ex- because of the marked similarities to the other two Topix forums linked above. Notice how the various personas “talk” to each other about the crime and sometimes reveal what appears to be inside knowledge related to it. Of course, there are various methods of computer tracking that could potentially be used to prove definitively whether it is my ex-husband writing these particular posts or not, but in this particular case, there happens to have been DNA evidence left at the crime scene. One of my adult children has willingly given DNA samples for filial analysis to two different law enforcement agencies (both outside of Texas, and one outside of the U.S.) that could be compared with this crime scene evidence.

The problem is that my former father-in-law uses his powerful connections with former U.S. presidents and various billionaires to prevent my offspring's DNA from being formally entered into the various official U.S. and international law enforcement data bases. Unofficially, we have been led to believe there is at least one filial match, but until my offspring's DNA is officially acknowledged and entered into these data bases, law enforcement cannot get the courts to order my ex- to submit a sample of his own DNA for analysis.

I suspect that my former father-in-law's desperation to keep his grandchild's DNA out of official law enforcement databases is an indication that he does suspect possible filial matches. It would certainly be easy enough for him to disprove this: simply allow the samples to be formally submitted. Even more definitive, of course, would be to have my ex-husband willingly submit samples of his own DNA to be entered into national and international law enforcement databases. And while we're at it, let's also formally enter a sample of my own DNA, since I've been told there might be a filial match between my DNA and that left at a certain crime scene in another country back in the 1970s!--see http://vocct.blogspot.com/2009/06/family-business.html. (Maybe we should start a new forum advocating for all of this??)

My former father-in-law is now in very poor health. Very soon, whether he believes it or not, he will find himself standing in judgment before his maker and having to explain, among other things, why he was so desperate to cover up the truth about the violent death of his only daughter in 1973 that he just might have knowingly allowed the pain, suffering, and deaths of many others. And he will find that this time, all of his powerful contacts and all of his skills as a lawyer will do him no good at all.  [Update:  He has now passed away.]  

Besides his fondness for online forums and porn sites, my ex-husband also has a certain fascination for Craig's List, which I suppose could loosely be described as a type of forum, but I won't go into that subject here just yet...

Stalking and Murder

Note: This post benefited so much from discussions between myself, Medawar, and several other long-term stalking victims who wish to remain anonymous that it really should be considered a joint piece.

Earlier in this blog (on April 10, 2011), I posted and discussed two basic axioms of stalking:

1. It's the stalkers who are mentally ill, NOT their victims.

2. A stalker's greatest fear is that the people they are stalking separately will band together and take concerted action to expose them.

I knew there was a third axiom of stalking at the time, but I also knew it was the most important one and therefore deserved to have its own post. I've been thinking about it ever since, and the time has come to discuss it.

This most important axiom of stalking is:

The purpose of stalking is to cause the death of victims.

Most people, including medical and law enforcement personnel considered experts on the subject, fail to understand the connection between stalking and murder in the way that those of us who have been victims of stalking for many years and who have known the persons behind our stalking closely and personally do. It's very difficult for those without personal ties to perpetrators to understand what really drives the stalkers and what is actually going on in their heads, because it is so very much more organized, calculating, and well-planned than most people can conceive of.

And yet, in the end, it's all actually so very simple: the sole purpose of stalking is to cause the death of the victim (or victims) for the pleasure of the stalker (or stalkers), which, if you think about it, is the definition of murder.

My friend Medawar, who grew up with a well-known stalker-turned-serial killer and was a stalking victim of this criminal from childhood, considers stalking to be “unrequited murder”, and the rest of us who are victims with true understanding fully agree with this. People who stalk others have incredibly intricate and complex scripts in their heads for slowly and carefully hunting down victims and making them suffer. This is because stalkers are people who are addicted to and derive extreme pleasure from the hunting, torture, and deaths of others.

This is, of course, extremely pathological behavior, aside from also being criminal. Stalkers are inevitably psychopaths who consider their victims inanimate objects rather than human beings. That is why, although it is the victims of stalking who tend to be accused of being paranoid when they complain about being stalked, it is in fact the stalkers themselves who are seriously mentally ill.

Because they often don't fully understand the connection between stalking and murder, authorities (and in fact most of the population at large) have a hard time wrapping their heads around the complexity of the lengths stalkers will go to before they kill their victims. Medawar actually helped solve a homicide by patiently explaining to law enforcement officials how a murder suspect went to considerable trouble over a six-month time period to locate old architectural drawings of the house his victim lived in until he located a previous and now-covered entrance to the house that he then used in the commission of the crime. Authorities originally did not know this entrance to the victim's house existed and could not at first figure out how the crime had been committed because of this.

The combination of the inherent connection between stalking and murder and the fact that stalkers are addicted to the pleasure they get from stalking and killing victims means that an unchecked stalker is actually a serial killer on the loose, which is why it is so important to identify and prosecute stalkers. For this reason, it is imperative that law enforcement professionals stop treating stalking victims as if they are paranoid and start considering all reports of stalking as potential homicides.

Taking this a step further, I hope you can see that when a stalker is not stopped because they have extremely powerful political, military, criminal, and law enforcement connections and protection in combination with basically unlimited financial resources, said stalker could potentially travel all over their country and the world to stalk and kill, racking up hundreds or even thousands of victims singlehandedly. (Give such a killer access to untracked military or medical flights, secret and powerful military weapons and surveillance equipment like those detailed in the previous post here, a number of loyal and psychopathic henchmen/henchwomen, and a very long period of time over which to act, and the death count from a single killer could go very high indeed. This is not at all outside the realm of possibility as you might suppose!)

And the axiom that the purpose of stalking is to cause the death of victims becomes of significantly greater concern when one leaves the realm of single stalkers and begins to consider organized stalking (a.k.a. gang stalking or stalking-by-proxy), where large numbers of stalkers and victims are involved. I have discussed the basics of organized stalking in numerous other posts on this blog, so I will not go into detail about it here.

There are two critically important corollaries to the axiom about the connection between stalking and murder when you consider organized stalking. The first of these is that the primary purpose of organized stalking is to get victims to commit suicide. This is accomplished in a number of ways: systematic financial ruin of victims, deliberate severing of all ties of family and friendship of victims', ruining victims' reputations, and more. Most of these are brought about by a combination of deliberate slander of and outright lies about victims and carefully orchestrated group situations and attacks specifically designed to make victims appear to be mentally ill (even though they aren't). As Medawar notes, it's the pathological liars who drive organized stalking, because they make people believe things that aren't really true. [Moral: NEVER believe gossip. Check things out for yourself.]

Stalking organizations use the combination of lies and making victims appear crazy to cause victims to lose their jobs repeatedly so they cannot support themselves and eventually become homeless. Stalkers also use street theater, gaslighting, constant harassment of various kinds (noise, road, etc.), break-ins, vandalism, killing of pets, and more in order to stress targeted individuals (TIs) to the point where they will make repeated complaints to law enforcement and make public statements that can be used to make victims seem mentally ill to people who don't know or understand what's really going on.

Because medical and law enforcement professionals are often involved in organized stalking (and it usually only takes one or two involved professionals in the right place), victims are unable to receive proper protection under the law or proper medical care, and these situations cause further life stresses and hardships for victims. One victim I know has been completely unable to obtain treatment for a very serious (but readily treatable) medical condition that was deliberately caused by her stalkers, and as a result is not only suffering physically but is also unable to work to support herself. (Her situation is now dire.) Another victim had an organ surgically removed without her knowledge that was almost certainly healthy and normal and is now permanently disabled and in poor health as a result.

Many victims of organized stalking are being driven to commit suicide by the misuse of powerful psychotropic drugs. TIs are enticed in various ways (often recreational) to use, and then become addicted to, illegal substances and/or prescription drugs. Victims' doctors convince them they need drugs to deal with the stresses they're under from the stalking and get them hooked on various powerful medications that actually cause or aggravate feelings of stress, depression, or anxiety.

When these methods of enticement or persuasion don't work, victims often find themselves involuntarily committed to mental institutions where psychotropic drugs that completely alter their mental states are forced upon them. Many of these drugs cause extreme withdrawal symptoms when patients attempt to stop taking them that effectively make it impossible to get off of them. Other drugs cause permanent changes in brain chemistry that affect victims for life. Stalkers want victims to ultimately have pharmacologically altered states of mind that cause them to kill themselves or commit other acts that get them locked up for life. (Many, if not most, of the recent spate of “going postal” episodes are believed to have been committed by victims of organized stalking.)

Victims of organized stalking have long complained of being repeatedly sickened by wasp-killing foams that can be sprayed into their bedroom windows from considerable distances away. Recently, there have been reports of victims being drugged without their knowledge by brain-altering drugs that have been vaporized and are then sprayed in their vicinity (generally in their homes) without their being aware of it. One drug in particular, Risperidone, appears to be popular with stalkers for attacking unsuspecting victims in this way. Risperidone is an anti-psychotic drug that has been the subject of a number of serious lawsuits in the U.S. It inhibits dopamine in the brain. Victims who have been exposed to it report feeling suicidal, along with suffering various unpleasant side effects from the drug. Attacks on stalking victims with Risperodone seem to be especially prevalent in Europe, and they also seem to be on the increase.

Until I read about "rielle" "hunter" the hunter I had no conception people would do this for insurance... MY GOD. It would be like killing a family member to me. I am dead serious I identified my perp. I got sick from some stuff applied in my home and took that down time to work my butt off on some stuff and lo and behold. NO SURPRISES. In fact, my entire life story spills out on her facebook page. Wow. She is a crazy crazy person. NOT the one linked above who may think she's perfectly normal. BUT she has gone around behind SO MANY PLACES I have been, frequented or had friends and with her little network of old crazy people has tried to ruin my life. It's ON. Because I am ASHAMED OF NOTHING IN MY LIFE. If I have things to be ashamed of that is between I and the person whom I experienced it with... Just as some people should be perhaps ashamed at some interactions with me or others. I have never ONCE taken a public action or any other action I am ashamed of. A lot of people are NOT going to like that she is pulling the wool over her eyes and they are ESPECIALLY not going to like WHY. Again, I did nothing wrong. BUT it is the basis and beginning of all of this. What a dumb cluck she is. And able to lead people. I could NEVER have done much of this stuff to anyone but yknow what? I think they test you with that early in life as they are setting you up. Will you stand back? Will you help us? Will we come after you?

This brings me to the second corollary to the axiom that organized stalking is done to purposely cause the death of victims. This second corollary is that for every known victim of organized stalking, there are dozens (or more?) of unknown victims. This is because the vast majority of victims of this crime have no idea or understanding of what is happening to them. They end up killing themselves in despair, dying from lack of proper medical care and/or improper medical care, becoming homeless and dropping off the radar, etc. (See my 8/1/2011 post titled “Gangstalking Australia” for an example of this.) I hope you find this as chilling and disturbing as I do, and I hope that, like me, you become committed to fighting and ending stalking in general and organized stalking in particular. If individual stalking can produce hidden serial killers, unchecked organized stalking can produce secret holocausts.

Suspicious Vehicle

 

 

When I returned home from a recent errand related to a serious accident one of my adult children had, I found the above vehicle parked directly in front of my home.

 

Our house is off by itself, and it was late in the day.  There was simply no legitimate reason for this vehicle to be parked there.

 

This is a good example of the kinds of things organized stalkers do.  They have access to extensive illegal surveillance of victims and are very aware of where victims are and what they are doing at all times.  They do things like this to let their victims know this.

Traits Of Stalkers

The following article, written by an author or authors who apparently did not want to be identified, was published in the Sky Valley Chronicle.  It was recently featured on the Lovefraud website, which was where I came across it.

While it doesn't provide a great deal of information about the source/s for the statements made here, I believe it's important for me to share this article with my readers because, as a long-term stalking victim with a great deal of personal experience on the subject, this piece is the best summary I've seen yet of how stalkers think and operate.

Although this article is about single stalkers, it discusses how single stalkers manipulate others into participating in stalking in various ways.  When this happens, single stalking becomes organized stalking (a.k.a. gang stalking or stalking by proxy), which moves it into the realm of organized criminal activity.

As you read this, please pay particular attention to the discussion of the connection between stalking and murder, because it is a close one.  (I would like to do a separate post on this at some point.)  The connections between stalking and pathological lying are also extremely important. 

The most important sentence in the article with regard to organized stalking may be, "Instead of friends, they [stalkers] have victims and sometimes accomplices who ALWAYS end up as victims in the end."  [Capital letters mine.]  

Coincidentally, my ex-husband has known ties to the Snohomish County area in Washington State.


THE MIND OF THE STALKER

(GOLD BAR, WA) -- The Sky Valley Chronicle was asked recently by a Snohomish County resident who plans to file criminal charges against a cyber-stalker(s), how the state law on “regular stalking” comes into play in making sure a stalker or stalkers is charged with as many criminal counts as possible.

In the context of the question and being that January is Stalking Awareness Monthaccording to the U.S. Department of Justice, we present the following information for your review and consideration.

The good news for victims of stalker crimes is that the Washington law on regular stalking (RCW 9a.46.110) can b e used in many cases to file additional criminal charges (charges in addition, for example to cyber-stalking charges) against the perpetrators of such crimes. 

This is a powerful tool a victim can deploy in the fight against such criminals in that many sociopaths who engage in both “regular” stalking and cyber-stalking are often unaware of – or simply ignore – the sheer number of laws they are breaking (or how often) or that laws overlap allowing for the filing of multiple charges under different statutes.

Even if they do realize such a thing, stalkers – many of whom are textbook sociopaths who cannot control their behavior because of the high they get from it – simply can’t stop from doing what has always been a pleasurable behavior they were certain had no downside risk to their lives.

Indeed it is the very nature of sociopaths – a nature they cannot change - that is almost always their undoing and this is valuable for a stalker victim to know from both a strategic and tactical standpoint. 

The very nature of the sociopathic stalker provides a key to bringing a stalker to justice.

TRAITS OF A STALKER/SOCIOPATH

There are some well-known traits - culled from numerous medical papers, medical and psychological research, mass market and trade books and other sources - that apply to many, if not most sociopaths/stalkers.

These common-thread traits eventually bring about their downfall into the hard reality and harsh light of the criminal justice system. 

These traits include:

~ Poor to no behavioral control/strong impulsive nature. Rage and abuse is a typical trait of the sociopath. Sociopathic stalkers believe they are all-powerful, all-knowing and entitled to every wish. Such people have no sense of personal boundaries and no concern for their impact on others. To a sociopath he or she is always “the smartest guy in the room,” and can outwit all others. 

Thus hubris almost always leads to a stalker’s downfall if a stalker victim understands how to exploit this weakness and to utilize the assistance of law enforcement to amplify the exploitation of this “sweet spot.” 

~ Manipulative and Cunning. Stalkers/sociopaths never recognize the rights of others. They see their self-serving behaviors as always permissible. Sometimes they may be charming yet they are almost always hostile, angry and domineering when their true nature is exposed. 

They see their victims as merely an instrument to be used. They enjoy the sense of domination they feel from humiliating, taunting and hurting others. 

~ Grandiose Sense of Self. A sociopath feels entitled to certain things as "their right." A sociopath feels it is their right to abuse those they wish to abuse simply because they enjoy doing it and can do it. 

In this sense the mind of the sociopath is little different than the mind of a serial killer or serial child abuser: they do what they do because they like it, it gives them pleasure, they can get away with it (for a while) and they feel entitled to do it.

~ Pathological Lying. Many stalkers/sociopaths are chronic liars and have been that way since childhood. In fact they lie casually and very calmly. It is almost impossible for them to be truthful on a consistent basis. They often believe their lies as “the truth.” 

They often create, and get caught up in, a complex belief system about their own powers and abilities. A sociopath can be extremely convincing at times (for short periods at any rate) and is even able to pass lie detector tests in some instances.

(One good reason, by the way for innocent people never to take a polygraph test when asked to do so since sociopaths can pass these tests and innocent people can fail them). 

NO REMORSE, DEEP RAGE, SHALLOW EMOTIONS

~ Complete lack of remorse, shame or guilt. A sociopath does not have these emotions – they are just not there - thus they cannot feel things like shame or guilt or remorse. To a sociopath these things simply do not exist in their mental framework as a check on behavior as they do in “normal “humans. 

A deeply sociopathic mob contract killer called “The Iceman,” now deceased, once asked a well known psychiatrist during a documentary about his life, “Why is it I don’t feel nuthin’ inside?” 

What The Iceman did not know, and could never figure out is that he simply was not capable of feeling anything inside. The Iceman was wired differently in the head.

~ A deep-seated rage that lies at their core. A stalker/sociopath does not see others around them as people, but only as targets and opportunities. 

Instead of friends, they have victims and sometimes accomplices who always end up as victims in the end. To a stalker the end always justifies the means and they let nothing stand in their way of obtaining their goals (which is why it is important to put them behind bars where they belong).

~ Very shallow emotions. At times some sociopaths can express what appears outwardly to others to be warmth, joy, love and compassion. However this is nothing more than a modeled behavior – something they learn how to do and do well in some cases – and it always serves an ulterior motive.

The typical stalker/sociopath is outraged by insignificant matters – such as a newspaper article or book or TV broadcast they feel insulted them or slighted them in some way – yet interestingly the sociopath remains unmoved at all by what would upset a "normal" person. 

~ Incapacity for love. A sociopath is incapable of feeling love, in the traditional sense, for anyone or anything. You will never find a sociopath helping out at a local food kitchen for the needy or doing something positive in a community as a volunteer unless it serves an ulterior motive for the sociopath. 

COWARDICE A HALLMARK OF STALKERS

~ Cowardice. This is one of the major traits of a stalker/sociopath, on the street or online, for people who are not cowards have no need or desire to engage in aberrant, stalker behavior. 

Stalking is the perfect domain of the coward for above all the coward seeks to avoid personal responsibility for his or her behavior.

Not only do “normal” people have no need to engage in stalking behavior but the intelligent, centered self-confident person – one who can feel love, empathy, joy and compassion – wouldn't even consider stalking another person.

The very thought of it would be abhorrent to them. For a sociopath however, stalking is like second nature to them; a skin they feel very comfortable in.

The ultimate coward of a stalker is the man or woman who stalks a former lover or spouse with the “If I can’t have them no one can” mindset, murders the former lover/spouse and then takes his or her own life to avoid all responsibility; to avoid being held legally responsible for their actions.

When you think stalker, also think coward. They are one and the same. This also means that cowards, in the right circumstances and possessing the right frame of (twisted) mind can be extremely dangerous, even those who have never before committed a serious crime of violence.

~ Need for Stimulation. Many sociopaths/stalkers live on the edge in one way or another for that is the only way they can “feel normal.” Some need to be in constant drama, constant confrontations or battles with other people. These other people can even be elected officials. Sometimes even institutions such as government are targets. Stalkers often seek to engage in back and forth email rants and hurl threats at others in emails and online forums ,including threats to sue over trivial matters.

Verbal outbursts, rage and sometimes physical punishments are normal in the sociopath’s world and promiscuity and gambling are common. 

~ Callousness/Lack of Empathy. They are unable to empathize with the pain of their victims, having only contempt for others' feelings of distress. They enjoy taking advantage of others and enjoy the sense of control over others as well as inflicting various types pain and anguish during the control phase. 

~ Early Behavior Problems/Juvenile Delinquency. Often times in the sociopath/stalker’s history one will find a history of behavioral and sometimes academic difficulties, yet "gets by" by conning others. 

In some cases though the sociopath is intelligent and may go on to pursue a profession, even a “ticketed” profession such as doctor, nurse or lawyer. 

Those who go into such professions are extremely fearful of being convicted of a crime and losing their professional license as it often is their only source of real identity and respect by others in a community.

~ Lack of Realistic Life Plan/Parasitic Lifestyle. Some sociopaths tend to move around a lot or make promises about the future they can never make happen. They often have a poor work ethic (they can even get fired from a menial state or federal government job for incompetence and arrogance, which is awfully hard for a “normal” person to do) but can exploit others effectively and calmly. 

~ Criminal or Entrepreneurial Versatility. The stalker/sociopath has the ability to change their image as needed in order to try and avoid prosecution (but in the end they almost always are prosecuted) and can change their life story readily to suit their purposes. 

~ The sociopath has problems in making and keeping friends and often times displays aberrant behaviors such as cruelty to people or animals, stealing, lying, etc. 

~ Irresponsibility/Unreliability. A sociopath is not the least concerned about wrecking others' lives and dreams. The true sociopath is oblivious or just indifferent to the devastation they cause to others and they never blame themselves. They always blame others even for acts they obviously committed. 

Even if confronted with proof that cannot be disputed, the sociopath will deny everything and indeed if the sociopath has helpers will blame any criminal behavior on the helpers. 

To a sociopath, self-preservation is always "Job One." 

~ Promiscuous Sexual Behavior/Infidelity. Sometimes a sociopath will engage in promiscuity, becoming involved with a married man and ruining a marriage or sexual acting out, etc.

Some other qualities of stalkers/sociopaths are:

Contemptuous of those who seek to understand them 
Does not perceive that anything is wrong with them 
Authoritarian 
Secretive 

Paranoid (believes they are the victim of conspiracies, people out to “get them,” claiming their phones are tapped, they are being followed, claiming they are in danger from unseen, unnamed forces, making claims of threats against their lives with no proof, etc.)

Only rarely in trouble with the law because they seek out situations where they believe their tyrannical behavior and abuse of others will be tolerated, condoned, or admired. Sometimes they claim the abuse they engage in is covered by “free speech.”

Conventional appearance

Knows what they are doing is wrong and depending upon the crime the stalker is engaged in, will go to great lengths to cover their tracks to avoid prosecution. 

Goal of enslavement and/or control over their victim(s) so they may inflict pain and anguish at will. 

Seeks to exercise despotic control over all or some aspects of the victim's life 

Has an internal need to justify their crimes. 

Incapable of real human attachment to another. 

Extreme narcissism and grandiose thoughts about themselves 

May state readily that their goal is to rule the world

The above traits are based on the psychopathy checklists of H. Cleckley and R. Hare.

In the 1830's a sociopathic disorder was called "moral insanity." By 1900 it was changed to "psychopathic personality." More recently it has been called "antisocial personality disorder" in some reference materials and in some media reports.

Above all however a sociopath (someone who exhibits antisocial personality disorder) is characterized by a lack of regard for the moral or legal standards in the local culture. 

They have an almost complete inability to get along with others or abide by societal rules. 

Individuals with this disorder are alternately referred to as psychopaths or sociopaths and in some reference materials and news reports the two terms seem to overlap substantially.

THE GOOD NEWS FOR VICTIMS OF A SOCIOPATH/STALKER

The good news is once victims recognize these traits and recognize they are dealing with a stereotypical sociopath/stalker, they can identify a number of ways to develop a strategy to gather evidence in order to have the stalker convicted of a crime.

Knowing these traits of a sociopath allows the victim insights into creating “traps” for the stalker to fall into (since almost all stalkers feel all-powerful and are certain they can do anything with impunity) thereby leaving a trail of evidence a blind man could follow which can then be used against the stalker in a criminal court of law.

The key for a victim of a stalker to remember is this: what the sociopath/stalker believes about his or her omnipotence, intelligence and untouchability is, ironically, the stalker’s greatest Achilles Heel and a major tool a victim can use to bring such a sociopath to justice.

Victims of stalkers would do well to understand these principles and to use these insights to move forward with evidence gathering for prosecution of the stalker(s) on criminal charges.
