Drowned

I've already posted information on the Shans drowning case; here I'm posting more examples of local drownings. As I noted before, there are WAY too many drownings here--every time it rains hard, people turn up dead! Again, while I'm sure some of them are true accidents, the numbers are too high and the circumstances often too fishy (no pun intended) to be believable in every case. And again, please remember this is just a somewhat random sampling of cases that caught my attention for one reason or another.
